One has to wonder if such a nice professional photo was some kind of honey trap for exactly this purpose. It really is a cut above the quality of photos I've seen on linked in.

And yeah, WB with longer hair and a better attitude.

So what happens if something in her professional life upsets her? The company will most likely cop for it. Stupid people show themselves up in typical fashion these days.

I say we institute a rule about this: Never compliment a woman with hair above the shoulders because they have issues.

:potd:

I have four WNB rules of thumb, and this woman hits three of them:

1. Short hair.

2. Dead eyes.

3. Affected personas (goths, punks, hair dye) - good short term, hellish long-term

4. Careers where they have administrative power over other people. Whilst this includes lawyers, middle management, politics and human resources, the real danger zone is being the gateway to what the mind is allowed to know: education; journalism; libraries; publicly-funded television.

Forget the War on Women. We have a War or Words.

This is yet another example of the left's misuse of a word. In this case, it's "misogynistic." The word means to hate women -- i.e. "You stupid bitch" or "Ugly slut!"

But a compliment isn't "misogynistic." It might be inappropriate or awkward, but it's given in the spirit of praise, not hate.

So why does this woman -- and others on the left -- use this word to mean things other than hate? That's easy: So they can smear men for anything they feel like.

It's a deliberate perversion of a word for political purposes. The left specializes in "repurposing" words and phrases. This is to control thought.

Words beget thought. If you don't have properly-defined words, your thoughts get muddled. Ever wonder why surgeons have to memorize thousands of names of body parts and chemicals? Because without those WORDS they don't know precisely what to do. Take away the WORDS and you have a knife cutting into skin willy-nilly.*

We take words for granted, but they matter. The left knows this and tries to mess up our thoughts and interactions by subtly altering the language.

Another of my pet peeves (which I've explained on here before) is the expanded definition of the phrase "single mom" for political purposes. It SHOULD mean "unmarried mother" but has come to mean everything from divorced women to widows with kids.

Why did the left do this? They did it so we can't judge women who wantonly have kid after kid with bad boys. Because now if we judge single mothers, they can lump in Sept. 11 widows and women whose husbands left them. Then, all of a sudden, you're the bad guy for judging.

Whenever possible, it's good to call the left out on its War on Words.

****

All that said, I think this was a pity compliment and the guy got burned. Women who have bizarre Beatle haircuts often have issues and don't want to be complimented.

I say we institute a rule about this: Never compliment a woman with hair above the shoulders because they have issues.

If you want to compliment someone on a "pudding bowl" haircut, write a letter to the Fab Four. In 1964.

* I know I've written all this on here before. But they don't teach you this in school and I think it really, really, really needs to be emphasized. Had I known all this at 22 instead of 42, life would have been easier.

Yep. It is a war on meaning. The ultimate power is to have nonsense go unquestioned. And to be able to say the opposite of what you said yesterday and get away with it.

They don't even have to be right to win, they only have to get the rest of us to accept the pointless incremental changes they make to language and meaning.

"The eroticisation of a woman's physical appearance is a way of exercising power over women".

:barf:

She got a lot of attention. So much win!

P.S. My spell checker tells me "eroticisation" is not a real word.

I once read an old interview of Oriana Fallaci with Dean Martin (in a book called The Egotists). In the preamble to the interview Fallaci talks to Martin's wife who was a "blue eyed blond". She tells Falaci she "can't shine, it's like a when a man you madly admire taps you on the shoulder and kisses you on the forehead". That's how an alpha behaves.

The female barrister who accused another lawyer of being sexist for admiring her photograph wrote a “vitriolic” email to her elderly grandmother shortly before her death, it has emerged.

An acquaintance of Miss Proudman had claimed she wrote a “vicious” letter to Mrs Bailye in which she allegedly accused her of having failed in life. Mrs Bailye died in April last year aged 83.

We need more feminists like this going public, so people can see what feminism is all about. Hating grandmothers, for one.

I kind of think that this guy got what he deserved. If he was going to say anything, he either needed to go all out without apology and/or fear or keep his mouth shut.

In this case, giving the typical disclaimer before making a manicured display of interest would only infuriate any feminist lawyercunt (my new favorite word thanks to Heartiste).

He came off as a pussy right from the git-go. He then apologized profusely after his public shaming.

In these situations one should always ask themselves, "What would Donald do?"

If we've reached a point at which the message sent by that solicitor was worthy of public shaming, then it is an indictment on the society we live in, not on him.

I should have chosen better words. I wouldn't say he deserved the response based on the fact that he is from a different generation and didn't know any better. He had no expectation that a woman, especially a young woman, would respond in this way. I feel bad for him. He doesn't understand the world as it is today in the context of inter-gender relations and feminism.

If I were to send the message he wrote, I would say that I deserved her reponse as I should definitely know better. Like I said, I would have wrote the message directly and made my attraction to her completely known without pussy-footing while at the same time expecting the possibility of a completely negative response and would certainly not have apologized afterwards.

Again, if I sent that message then posted the response on this forum, I know for a fact I would have guys here saying that I deserved it.

Sorry but it will not Youngster because Feminists are useful idiots for our Corporate overlords and their minion, The State. Every "failed life grandmother" is one less cog not participating in the workforce consuming goods, services and taxed.

Dude should maintain frame:

"You came to me for a business connection. Based on your qualifications and demeanor I want nothing to do with you, but you're just barely attractive enough to make me vaguely interested. If you want to keep it all business, never contact me again and I'll let everyone know that hiring you opens them up to a difficult employee who is likely to sue."

Women that want to sleep their way up the corporate ladder should realize that the men up there are old and ugly. They need to get used to the idea of sucking on a big saggy ball sack to get invited to the party.

RE: Kingsley's video about women being misogynists

The girl I banged last night, updating her Facebook status this morning on her laptop as she cooked breakfast.

"Always be careful of what you hear about a woman. Rumours either come from a man that can't have her or a woman who can't compete with her".

This is a great illustration of the contempt women show for both Beta Men and women of lower-SMV status. (Either that, or she felt like a major slut for banging me within 90 minutes of meeting me).

Of course, I deliberately-pissed her off by scrolling down her feed and pointing out in a bemused fashion that it directly-contradicted what she posted a couple of days ago:

"No-one has ever made himself great by showing how small someone else is".

I bet he followed that up with more apologising making everything worse.

I wonder what would have happened if he just replied with "Cool whatever babe."

I also like the subtle threat and maintaining frame idea, captainstabbin.

That name felt stupid to type Captainstabbin. Lol hope you're happy about that.

Edit: Also can you actually imagine what it would be like banging a cunt like this? Ugh, she might look alright but I imagine it would be a miserable, emasculating experience.

Exactly. The common denominator of all the talk about misogyny and rape gives you this:

Misogyny is anything which is not (bona fide) misandry.
You are a rapist if you were not raped by her.
