Try to get your nephew off electronics--tv, internet, video games, cell phone. He is entering the prime of his life--don't let him waste it in front of a television/computer set.

I wasted so many hours a day of my youth glued to a fucking TV set playing stupid video games. So many missed opportunities--hunting, fishing, playing with friends, talking and interacting with girls, learning life lessons, and learning trades that involved using tools.

He's an UMC white kid who lives in the burbs. He gets good grades, plays the saxophone and runs cross country. He plays a lot of video games but also has friends. My SIL doesn't want to encourage the gaming, and he already has iProducts up the wazoo.

He listens to electronic music.

He's pretty much been hothoused his whole life.

Take him on a weekend trip and get him out of the house. Go do man stuff like camping. My uncles did that stuff when I was that age and I never forgot it.

If he's in to electronic music get him a midi controller. If he doesn't know how to get free software, get him a cracked version of FL Stuido with it. He can then make his own music and that will help him get the bitches in the long run.
