I love them to the point of frustration. I spend time helping the young men, volunteering time into breaking this cycle. I was raised by a father who went through life not judging people by their skin color but by how they held themselves. He spent too much time in his youth targeted by police and being denied easy entrance into business for him to do the same when he eventually had a position to do so. This was why he was so successful for his company when he was sent to West Africa for 15 years. The Africans that pissed and moaned about fairness and skin color were skidded right fast.</blockquote>
