Are polls and left wing media still relevant?

I’m writing this just hours before the election which in my opinion is one of the most pivotal moments in history. There’s a lot riding on this, not just for America but also the western world.

My opinion is this. Trump will win.

Again he will defy the polls and media bias.

This begs the question, has traditional media run its course and have polls become statistical bullshit designed to skew opinion?

If he doesn’t prevail, these questions are even more relevant.

I’m in a different time zone, so it’s easier to say hours rather than go through time zone conversions. I’m happy to do this if you think I should though?

I’ll happily stand corrected if this topic doesn’t deserve a thread, I think it does though as these questions will become very relevant in the coming days, in fact if things play out like I expect this could be one of the most divisive topics in a long time.
