But I have my doubts that they will be enforced effectively...this is the hope for the balkans since I am sure they will put laws on the books. The key to balkans is that their appeasement of the EU is basically a facade to try to get money. That's the only reason I am still considering it over places like Central America or Mexico. I have hopes that the "on the ground" life will be ok. I might be very wrong about that but I guess we'll find out soon enough.</p></blockquote><p></p>
