If remote work is the main focus, you could definitely consider Lancaster in Pennsylvania. Summers/Springs tend to be long, hot and humid, and only three months a year are really cold (under 55). There's a pretty good Catholic and Protestant community here, albeit the latter is getting more and more pozzed as NY, CT, and NJ transplants come in. That latter part covers much of the politics as well, although the county is and probably will be blood red for a long time, tons of sympathizers here. Very little mask compliance as well, and with the budding Latin Mass offerings here, there seems to be a bit of potential. Demographically though, the area may have some issues in the future I suppose. There's a large amount to do here though, plenty of trails, decent not-entirely-degenerate nightlife, museums, and other stuff. Just a suggestion. Consider Martinsburg, WV and Charlestown, WV. You'll never see a cleaner city. Lacking in things to do, but demographically sound and packed with a great variety of faithful Christian organizations. More importantly, you're close to both the country and the big city in both, so there's always two perfect options if the need ever arises. Never mind the fact that the area is drop-dead gorgeous, and is so isolated you can almost forget that the clown world exists. Last time I was through was during the heat of the riots and I didn't even see a single BLM flag, so take that as you will. Probably some other good ones if I could think of them, but these are the best I have to offer for now. If any others come up I'll throw them in here. Pax Christi.
