Pure raw fitness? From someone who is not juicing for six pack abs and pretending to be natural? Someone who walks the walk and talks the talk?

Ross Enamait hands down:

This guy has great content on his channel.

I purchased his jump rope program. Its an 80 page PDF document ridiculously detailed. 1/2 way through it and happy with the purchase.

Im also in week 3 of the program from Tee Major ...great so far. Tough!

How could I forget...I probably watch Yuri Elkaim's videos more than anyone right now:

He's a naturopath, former semi pro soccer player and gives great advice on nutrition, fitness and just about anything health and fitness related. His advice is very sound and he comes off as intelligent. I don't mind that he has a normal, fit build (still quite impressive he's got the six pack). The advice given from those who have won the genetic lottery i.e. brandon carter etc (not that I don't like BC) is not necessarily better.

Yuri does have a raw food bias which may not be for everyone.

I purchased his 'eating for energy' cookbook which is great; I've only implemented a few small things like daily green smoothies and a few other things and am feeling better and getting leaner; I'm planning on following his diet to a T at some point and see how it works for me.
