A Chicago gangster has been found guilty of shooting dead the nine-year-old son of a rival gang member after luring him into an alley.

It took the jury just three hours of deliberation before finding Dwright Boone-Doty, 25, guilty on Thursday.

His trial had earlier heard sickening details of how Boone-Doty lured nine-year-old Tyshawn Lee into an alley before shooting him in the head in 2015.

A recording of the killer was played in which Boone-Doty describes the murder to an associate.

He says: 'I'm looking at him. We walking. Bop. Hit the ground.'

'Bop-bop-bop-bop-bop. I'm laughing. I'm looking ... Bop bop bop bop bop man.'

I believe that any man, given the right conditioning, place in history or circumstances, is capable of committing the most heinous atrocities. It's a disturbing thing to ponder. Shooting a nine year old boy in child blood is not one of those things that any nan is capable of doing.

Consequence, opportunity, and conditioning. I'm pretty sure German kids who were born in 1925 and grew up in their little village never knew they'd grow up to be 18 years old pushing entire bloodlines into a gas chamber disguised as a shower at bayonet point, but here we are. They were conditioned, they had the opportunity, and for a while, they were free from the consequences.

I do not deny that there is an "honor code" in some gangs ; especially in Albania ; but still these gangs should be used by the government and controlled.
They are still gangs.

You can completely wipe out gang activity just by declaring active/violent gangs to be terrorists, which means the government can capture any members, put them in special camps or have them straight up killed.

The terrorist laws are completely useless, the whole thing is a scam for greater government control and more spending.

The gangs are and have been under deep state control. They get used for drug distribution and money laundering at the retail level. Most of the profits go to the top. You can't really outsmart law enforcement in this day and age with cameras everywhere and every phone conversation or financial transaction ID'd and recorded.

Mussolini got rid of the Mafia in Italy in a couple of years. The US restored it after the Allies reconquered Italy in WW2, they let the Italian American mobsters like Salvatore Lucania run the country along with their local affiliates.

But as Samseau said - they are not opposed to those gangs. The US runs a 500 bio. $ undercover drug racket and it permeates not only the CIA. Cathrine Austine Fitts who was a high-lever official and later served as HUD director had a few little tidbits in her books. Obviously HUD was a big corrupt scam, but she mentioned 2 little telling tidbits. One story was how she witnessed an elite talk by some banker who nonachalantly mentioned that the US needs the hundreds of billions of black budget income from the drug trade or they would have to raise taxes more. It was like common knowledge to those people.

Another little anecdote was when a Wallstreet banking CEO mentioned that this particular candidate was a Rothschild guy and that he would be promoted no matter what. She said: "What? Rothschilds - this small banking house?" The CEO just rolled his eyes as if she did not know the basics of life.

She barely elaborated on all of that, but it's enough if you know how to interpret those little things - they just confirm it all.

So yeah - the gangs do the work of the government and the bigger ones are infiltritated to the max. And most of them could be closed down if they wanted it at the top.
