Thats why voices of intellectual men like Thomas Sowell, John McWhorter, Coleman Hughes, et al, should be elevated above voices of the Al Sharpton and his democratic co-conspirator ilk that perpetuate minority victim culture for their own benefit.

Vlad aka Vladimir Lyubovny is Ashkenazi Jewish (and of Russian descent) & grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (attended UC-Berkeley for college). He has made a handsome fortune in the hip hop industry & has his primary residence in the wealthy Calabasas enclave / suburb of Los Angeles (California) in addition to a property in Manhattan (NYC). He has clearly made far more from profits from his YouTube podcast show than from his old DJ'ing career.
But word on the street is that Vlad received his initial seed money from a lawsuit (award) in which the wealthy Miami-based rapper Rick Ross had to hand Vlad $300K.
Vlad alleged that Ross & his Triple C group orchestrated an attack on him by the collective at an event at the 2008 Ozone Awards for posting images of Ross dressed in a correctional officer's uniform on his Web site.
In the $4 million suit, Vlad said he suffered a broken eye socket, a broken nose, nerve damage to his face, cheek, upper lip, teeth and gums, and required seven stitches under his right eye following the alleged attack. Ross has always maintained his innocence in the matter.
This is such a relevant discussion. Sowell says that blacks never demanded affirmative action. They demanded equality of opportunity and not to be impeded in their access to a education and social progress. We know by now that the push came by the bioleninists who wanted to divide the nation and destroy the old european christian founded usa.
As Sowell put it correctly - the diversity of humanity is way too big in order to achieve any insane idea of equality of outcome. By that logic you might expect the same intellectual achievements on the level of Thomas Sowell by every other black man. Or argue for the same athletic achievements of Michael Jordan - everyone should be able to play ball like him. There are difference in individuals just as they are in groups.
There were certainly some preconceived notions and hurdles that may have barred even accomplished blacks of getting a well-paid job in the past. But those hurdles have long since disappeared just as women are not held back by a mythical patriarchy. Nonwhites and women are getting pushed and prodded in all of society often beyond their skill-level. It's frankly more of a disgrace especially to the likes of Sowell who achieved everything only on merit.
And now that equality agenda bites back hard crushing the very foundation of how the more meritocratic USA was built on.

This went viral, it's a bit pro-Trump partisan, but you see a hard-working black man not caring about stupid oppression politics. He is too busy trying to feed his family. Also he mentions how hard it was to grow up in a rough black neighborhood when he had to actively say no to job offerings like drug dealer. He mentions his father, so I guess that is what made all the difference in his life.

K this has nothing to do with George Floyd or racial tensions. This video is more applicable to dating, but has a lot to do with racial dynamics within dating. I really have no sympathy for ghetto blacks. Everyone one of them needs to be deported back to Africa if they truly think America is racist and unfair.
