I came up with some simple full-body workouts you can do with just a chair and a door frame pull-up bar. I should post those sometime for guys who are stuck at home without a lot of equipment.If gyms are closed try working out at home with body weight. Work on improving flexibility/try yoga. Avoid the negative media that is rampant these days which is meant to bring you down on purpose. Your career doesn't define you. Your relationships don't' define you. We all are being tested now and pushed to our limit in one way or another. Above all, remember that everything is temporary.
Folks, I’m sorry things have you down. However, now is the greatest time to be alive. Don’t let the ease of modernity weaken you.Life is currently rough for pretty much everybody, myself included, the 1% excluded. The question is how rough you’ll make it for yourself.
