Stop focusing on the bad aspects of what you're currently facing, and think of something to be thankful for, repeat that each time a negative thought attacks you. Lift your spirits, then tackle the problems you're facing, one at a time.

Looking at your previous posts, you self admittedly fell into watching porn/masturbation. Confess to your priest, maybe have a conversation with him if he's a good person to talk to, accept whatever advice he offers, and move forward, don't wallow in the negative.

If gyms are closed try working out at home with body weight. Work on improving flexibility/try yoga. Avoid the negative media that is rampant these days which is meant to bring you down on purpose. Your career doesn't define you. Your relationships don't' define you. We all are being tested now and pushed to our limit in one way or another. Above all, remember that everything is temporary.

I came up with some simple full-body workouts you can do with just a chair and a door frame pull-up bar. I should post those sometime for guys who are stuck at home without a lot of equipment.

1. Workout at home. You can do calisthenics anywhere, inside or outside. Start here. No excuse not to be in shape.

2. Focus on what you eat. Excessive carbs make you sluggish and fried. Low carb/keto does wonders for the brain. Make sure you’re getting enough protein and (healthy) fats.

3. Involve yourself in church. Sounds like you’re not religious, although correct me if I’m wrong. No better time to get involved than now, before shit really hits the fan. This also helps in building community and finding quality friends/life partners.

4. Do something new. I recently picked started doing jigsaw puzzles and am learning to hunt through an online course. Having things to keep you occupied is absolutely critical to fending off blackpill thoughts. Trajectory is necessary. An idle man is the devil’s hands.

5. Move. Chances are you live somewhere without a strong community, otherwise you likely wouldn’t be posting this. If not economically feasible, start forming a plan to stack up and get out of dodge.

6. Count your blessings. The Lord gave you another day to live. You woke up, physically and mentally capable, with food in the fridge. Although things might be messy culturally, you still have your health. Work up from there. Appreciate the small things and focus on becoming spiritually whole.

Life is currently rough for pretty much everybody, myself included, the 1% excluded. The question is how rough you’ll make it for yourself.

Folks, I’m sorry things have you down. However, now is the greatest time to be alive. Don’t let the ease of modernity weaken you.

Only a few generations ago, our grandfathers pioneered the unknown West, lost everything they owned in the Great Depression, and they fought two world wars only for their sons to die in Vietnam. These men were strong and created families, they didn’t allow others to influence them the way you are allowing yourselves to be influenced. Do you want to change? Reach inside and be the man of your forefathers.
