Blackrock is buying every single family house they can find, paying 20-50% above asking price and outbidding normal home buyers

Not sure if Blackrock benefits from ending the eviction moratorium - now the smaller landlords are able to collect rent again, Blackrock is able to ride out the missing rent much longer than small scale landlords. I'm unclear though if landlords were getting any compensation during this time for missing rent or were they just supposed to eat the cost?
Just supposed to eat the cost

This is peak insanity. Convincing the world that CO2, a necessary gas for all life on this planet, is somehow going to destroy the world, is such an obvious inversion it leaves me speechless.

If you think the covid lockdowns are bad, just imagine a world where all fossil fuels are banned. Astronomical energy costs and rolling black outs doesn't even scratch the surface. It would plunge the entire world into serfdom and poverty. Only the billionaire class will be able to afford the taxes and penalty costs of fossil fuel luxury. Everyone else will be dependent on UBI's and government handouts.

We must fight the ESG/climate change narrative tooth and nail.
