The Port Authority is the legal entity that addresses the joint concerns of New York and New Jersey in terms of moving passengers in and out of the region. They control the bus station and named it the Port Authority Bus Terminal, therefore it's locally just known as 'Port Authority'.

I'm always fascinated by how the MSM reveals its biases without even realizing it.

Note how many outlets are using the phrase "attempted terrorist attack". No. It was a terrorist attack. The bomber still hurt 3 innocent people. Just because he wanted to kill many more does not detract from the fact that he hurt those people, who had done nothing directly to him or the "Religion of Peace"(TM). And hundreds of thousands if not millions of New Yorkers had their lives disrupted during rush hour. Finally, no doubt the Port Authority is about to go through "security theatre" in the near term, as Roosh would call it, where a system that would serve to catch only 1 out of 1000 terrorists will be used to make life more difficult for 1000 of of 1000 law-abiding people and businesses.

So call it what the hell it was - a terrorist attack, by an Islamic radical - AGAIN.
