Building a live streaming computer

The new computer is finally in. Did a test live stream and it's incredibly fast, no lag when playing videos. My laptop usually hovers at 20-30% CPU when live streaming... this one was at 2%. It looks like the graphics card (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660) absorbs most of the work.

Isn't a brand new computer wonderful. I got a used business line Dell a year ago, put two SSDs in it and it just smokes for music production, and this is slow compared to what you just got.

Thanks to the guys on this thread I started to look at AMD chips again, and because of this I found a small company that specializes in music and video production computers. They tweak the windows OS for media production so there are no component driver conflicts. I'll have to wait a year to afford one.
