Online Tai Lopez & Keala Kane surfing on Google, Facebook and Amazon waves with affiliate online marketing with their competitors eBay, BestBuy and Walmart are attractive but these guys are raking in millions saturating the markets with new disciples - so their biz model is to constantly find new LBE low barrier to entry biz models to teach their minions to exploit until the next new thing emerges - lately Tai has shifted from pushing his SMMS Social Media Management Service for small businesses and high profit cosmetic medical/dental services - to Credit Hacks Secrets to raise millions in Credit Lines and bouncing Cards for best bonus points and travel the world living a luxe lifestyle on free bonus points.

Things that will always be in local demand and pay quite well...

Upscale Market Painting Services Interior and Exterior - the typical job is $10K to $50K high end residential... avoid developers(crooks) who want you to wait till they sell the home and you have to chase them to be paid. I worked in an upscale area with a guy who did excellent work but wanted to sell the company so he could go smoke pot on his sailboat with his FWBs.

Home-owners Pay 50% down before work starts and then he gives an invoice that the job is half done another 25% and then final payment (25% Profit) due upon completion. You need to be meticulous and keep the job sites pristine when you leave every day - he had a lockable Motorcycle enclosed trailer for all of his gear that he used a heavy motorcycle style lock to a tree on the job site. You start as lead painter project mgr and pay yourself by the hour as Sr Painter at least $25 to $50 per hour depending upon your markets... You only buy new equipment as you get new jobs. His best workers were college kids and single women who like to paint and work with their hands - some females specialize in high charge skills like Wall stencils and wallpapering as well as they are more time-consuming lining up stencil and paper seams.

This is easy work and as you get good with lucite water based and also oil-based paints, sprayers, and tools you get more work - dirty secret is the best way to get new work is to network in the various protestant churches in these upscale neighborhoods as all the Milfs and Gilfs all have "honey do" work they want to be done BUT DO NOT WANT People they do not trust on their properties (Illegals) as they do not want all their heirlooms (Antiques, Paintings, Silver and Coin Collections or Jewelry boxes Stolen). If you can be honest and hire college kids and women from the area and not illegals you can knock down $250 to $300K per year he almost always had a waiting list backlog of $200K to $300K - a lot of guys get into sundecks etc and use local check cashing services to keep their cash outside the system and buy gold and silver, stash fresh blue benjamins and ran "Pot/Weed" delivery service to the Chruch ladies in the winter time when things were slow and he had some milfs that needed a pump. He claimed he had not paid taxes nor withholdings in more than 10 years and every one of his workers were subcontractors paid cash under the table. So no employees - no witholdings.

You can stash a few million in 10 to 20 years - not get rich quick but better than mind-deadening cubicle commando work.

Pot Weed delivery service to Country Club Church Ladies (C3Ls) - he was friendly with most of his painting customer Country Club Church Ladies who all liked to get high and many phock him silly - surprising how many have husbands with mistresses and do not want to divorce their high powered exec/lawyer husbands so find their own man-toys handymen who do "honey do" tasks and get paid cash and a bang bonus - bishes that do not want to be seen as Winey Clotch Drunks prefer their high-end Pot to be delivered to them discreetly for double/3X what he paid and it is now LEEGAL. Again these are all Cash up front and cash talks and bull shit walks businesses - rarely would he be stiffed by a bad divorcee who wanted their house painted to sell it and then he would file a mechanics service persons lien and they could not sell the house until he got paid and signed a release for the title company and often charged 10%+ interest for making him wait to be paid - as he NEVER started a job unless he was paid 50% up front this rarely happened - also many women would pay 50% upfront to get on his waiting list as he sometimes had 3 or 4 months work scheduled in advance so if you are presentable and respectful and do painstaking work this is a lucrative. Keep your secrets to yourself and do not network with local competition as they will be the first to underbid you and rat you out to gov agencies.

Sherwin Williams shop owners are super knowledgeable and will front you paint and supplies on credit and wait to get paid when you finish the job rarely more than 2 to 4 week. It is an old cliche most painters are alcoholics or drug addicts so if you can stay straight and get your work done on time you will become a millionaire in 10 years or so.

Another business is painting working-class homes and firewood delivery in middle/upper-middle class neighborhoods - again paid up front even with a square credit card reader on your smartphone - here is where you drive to the local Lowes or Home Depot with a clipboard and raise 2 3 or 4 fingers to hire illegals day laborers to strip paint and prime and finish paint and or split/stack firewood and pay them cash UTT the end of everyday $15 to $20 hour and charge $40 to $50 per hour plus or more padded into the cost of the jobs for the services provided. Again 50%/25%/25% upfront cash flow and as you find a reliable crew of illegals some folks buy a rental house and house their crews with fair rents and have a long term cash flow and since you are on different job sites on an unknown schedule except to you then it is hard for ICE to raid you as long as you do not get drunk at the bar and brag about your rackets...

This is how the average guy really gets rich slowly in Socialist Phuck You Whitey Predatory Taxation America - it is what it is.

Buy a franchise and work sixty hour weeks. Invest maybe $30,000 total.
Supposedly this has made more millionaires than any other field.

This is because it's not only clothing they are laundering.

Examples would be to study law, pass the bar, gain 5 years of experience, and open your own law firm.

I'm assuming you just listed a bunch of ideas in areas where you have no experience.

Ok, brainstorming is fine, but I think he's asking about millionaire potential in terms of potential revenue, not debt. In America at least, going to law school and hanging a shingle is an unbelievably inefficient (read: impossible) way to make any money at all, let alone become a millionaire. This is particularly true when student loans are factored into the plan.

Whoever told you this was a good idea graduated three or four decades ago and probably didn't start without some kind of a leg up. Even then they're probably exaggerating whatever success they managed to earn as a true solo practitioner.

To be honest with you I don't see how starting a law firm in the US can put you in significant debt?

Minimum starting capital involves going into 100k of non-dischargeable debt for a median salary of less than 35k a year to be a solo practitioner. Many do not even make that. It is a positively terrible idea for a small business even for talented lawyers (which nobody is right after graduation - need experience). The economics just don't add up even for those who get a few years under their belt.

If you opened up a food truck for 100k and only made 35k you would be ahead of the game. If you failed, you could still declare bankruptcy for all of your debt - even credit cards. Can't do that for a mountain of school loans.

If you invest and buy real estate, its possible to be a millionaire on paper at least with the outstanding loans and value of the home. Trump is a billionaire based on his land and real estate holdings but has very little liquid money in savings accounts. But if you want liquid money, then just cut costs and focus on saving as much as possible. don't buy new cars, buy small houses, no loans, etc.

Fascinating insights... Thank you... I had no idea house painters could potentially make so much, if they worked hard and were addiction free.

Just beware the zoomers etc that can not put their phones down as you can literally see their productivity fade when on their phone... Best rule no phone use on the job except for lunch breaks or when you the boss is calling... We had a British out of work yuppie who refused to put his phone down and was on it constantly... He was let go after 3 days... When you are the boss you have to be ruthless when dingbats do not follow safety or productivity rules... So no phooking drinking or pot smoking during the work day.

Hey there folks. Sorry for disturbing you in such an old thread, but I need your advice. I'd like to start a non-profit business, but I don't know where to start. What could you recommend to begin with?
Bringing fugitives to Europe from North-Africa is a lucrative business model, or saving the weather is very lucrative, or diversity is very well paid.

More specific putting CO2 in the ground and selling contracts for that (and just putting it in the air, no-one notices), or start as fund for little girls who lost their moms in female hating countries as they were hung on lampposts by evil men (and be well paid) or get in diversity, you promoting more women in board rooms and funding AI research that proves that blacks and women in board rooms lead to higher profits.

These would be great well paid NGO organisations; enjoy the regime money.

It's so great you wish to start an NGO and not work for one of those filthy oil companies. If we all would do that, I'm sure it would be 1 degree colder on earth, women and blacks would run all companies, and all the countries in the world would become democracies.

And we would all just live harmoniously together in 15 minute cities. We need dreamers. Those that imagine a better future and dare to take huge loans to make it happen.

I can't make threads yet so I'll have to ask here:

I was notified yesterday that my school won't be moving on with me...so I have reduced hours at my job and I will need to make money fast.

I'm thinking about being a window cleaner, so I'll need to fix my car to drive out to the burbs. Buy about $100 worth of cleaning supplies and go knock on doors. I think this is a good short term solution but if I were to theoretically do this next week I neeed to make at least $100 my first week. I can't do mindless work for months only to achieve nothing. I've done enough research where I think this could even be a long term solution, some people apparently have made 10K per month doing this, but like I said I can't struggle to make a sale for months on end, I owe money and I don't want to keep working at my current job.

If anybody can confirm my thoughts I'll proceed with this.

My hometown has had a small business with signage advertising window cleaning for over 10+ years. I recently saw their truck making a service call, so it must still be going.

I have a feeling gutter cleaning and even minor gutter repair is a service that goes hand in hand with window cleaning offering. Just watch out for stepping into services that land you in a scope that requires a contractors license.

I think the hardest part about this endeavor, like most, is getting the customers. If it takes you 2 hours of knocking to land a customer that pays a fair rate per hour to clear windows, what is the actual rate once you factor in the 2 hours of knocking. It might be worth taking the hit though for the first few, as many people that spend money on services have like minded friends that also spend money on services. I would make sure to do a great job and go above and beyond as often as possible, to earn referrals and recommendations from your first customers. Ask for referrals as often as possible. Call back a week or two later and ask if everything was satisfactory after their later inspection, and offer to return if anything wasn't. Yes some people will nitpick, but also since it's your first go around, you might have done some things poorly too.

I was in car sales for a decade, and many times was a bit soft and let some customers take advantage of my good will. But it also helped me be top 0.5% nationwide for that brand. If you're too firm in sales, you'll miss out on the hard to earn deals as you try to screen out the people asking for a bit too much.

This isn't exactly my kind of business so I might be wrong here, but if I had to do this business with limited funds, I'd probably go to my towns nicest grocery store and personally hand out fliers one by one to older women that might need a hand with home maintenance. Don't flier the cars.

As marketing:
- Material: Make sure you have a simple website with some reviews and a phone number. So people easily can call you. Print 1000 business cards. Print 1000 flyers.
- Knock on doors, give business card (simple and un-intrusive design), if you don't like stop it.
- See if their are neighbourhood facebook pages / other apps, post some messages see what happens.
- Leave some flyers with friends that have businesses. These things are really about trust. Most likely you get a customer, if the person is happy, you'll get their neighbours.
- Do some friends for free. So you get the hang of it. Ask them for honest feedback, you'll learn, and maybe convert their neighbors. And your friends will be happy if you do it.
- Marketing is also trial and error, just try the , anyhow business cards and flyers cost next to nothing nowadays.

Only after you have tried these kind of free marketing efforts, I would try Facebook/ Google/ Local advertising.

Anyhow it's about trust, there are lot of crooks around, that look in the house and send their burglar buddies to rip the house. You're close to the private life of people. Be aware of that. It's all about trust. So feel free to tell them about your private life if you feel comfortable.

Thank you for the advice. Yeah I eventually want to expand to other services like pressure washing. But first things first is I need to get started on flyers as well as fix my car so I can drive out. My current business (separate from this) has a couple other steps I need to take but as far as my current marketing on that one it's not good. Will put it in the backburner for the time being.

Thanks for the advice paternos, at the moment I'm soliciting from advice to see all angles to the side of whether or not this is profitble. I'm liking the odds of success for this.

I think I'm going to start with the city I'm currently in and gradually move out to the suburbs. Working in the city means that I'll be competing against other cleaners, but it's going to take time for me to fix my car.

Just one more potential roadblock I see is fear of getting towed. So last year I got my car towed for parking in the wrong residential space. What I'm scared of is that happening again as I go on another door knocking campaign. I fortunately live in a city where I can walk around but like I said I eventually want to go into the burbs and I don't want to limit my clientele.

I have a unique perspective on this debate. My CV would show that I work in a blue-collar field yet I have two bachelors degrees from top 50 state schools. I am enrolled in the premiere graduate school nationwide for my field of extended study. Lastly, I have taught at a local community college for the past five years. I am also a divorced father with children.

There have been excellent points both pro and con raised by several posters. What I would advise anyone to do (male or female) is sit down and take one of those personality/strengths finders tests. Really spend some time on it. Sometimes knowing what you don't want to do is as important as what you want to do. Having said that, make sure you don't dislike something because you had an awful teacher(s) rather than no proclivity for the discipline.

Once you have the test results back sit down with some older, successful and hopefully wiser friends and relatives. I would recommend friends of your parents who have known you your whole life. They will have seen you grow up and will have heard about your missteps and successes from your parents. They will also be able to give you more objective and realistic advice. It goes without saying that it should be men that you are going to for this counsel.

If what you really want to do does require a degree then figure out what the best schools/programs are for that field. Get ahold of course catalogs, look online and make phone calls to the Universities you are interested in. Anything worthwhile will be costly - whether that be in time, effort or money. After you identify the school you want to attend and the field of study you want to pursue figure out what prerequisite courses you can take at a local community college or that you can take online. If you are smart and in Advanced Placement (AP) or Honors classes in high school you may get college credit for them. As an aside here is a chance to put the female/HR leviathan to work for you- have your schools counseling office do a lot of this legwork for you! If you are former military or a returning studend check to see what courses you have taken in the past are transferable or if you have any life experiences that they will recognize for credit.

One of the few regrets I have about my college years is that I did not join a fraternity. I transferred in so I did not want to deal with the pledge BS as an older undergraduate. Plus, my cousin and several friends were already members so I got into parties without having to pledge. However, years later I do not have the network that those fraternities afford their members. The old mantra "it's not what you know, its who you know" exists and persists for a reason. I see it playing out in my life now. I am not through with graduate school yet but the people I have met in my cohort, the instructors and the alumni are all Tier 1. You wouldn't believe some of the people who I have access to (including personal cell #s) thanks to my school.

As a part time faculty member I also have a front row seat to the SJW rot that has set in to academia. All the students are now required to take a genders studies course for all associate degree programs. I see the LGBTQ flyers posted around campus. They are hosting a speech from some former NCAA athlete who transitioned. So brave! The Yes means Yes/ #MeToo bullshit is prominent. I have to put reminders about the college's zero tolerance policy towards discrimination, racism, sexism, ad nauseam on my course syllabi. It is sickening.

Fortunately for me most of my students are young men. A lot of them are lost, though. I drop red pills in my lectures and discussions. This semester I have a female again so I have to tone it down a bit. At the end of the semester I take everyone out for beers and just shoot the shit.

Some of these guys really need help. I had an overweight kid who was constantly self-deprecating and poking fun at himself. Product of a single mother home. Shocking, I know. He also had a couple of really ugly tatoos and was discussing getting more. I pulled him aside and gave him a no BS talk about men/women, attraction, life, work, etc. I told him if he ever hoped to get laid he needed to lose the weight. I told him that getting more tatoos would not make him anymore attractive to women and could actively work against him in the future depending on what line of work he goes into! For any readers who are successful in their careers and are looking for a way to help fight back the tide I really encourage you to look into becoming adjunct faculty in your situation in life allows for it. These young men really need our help.

Tradeschool and the military are options as well. There is a lot of bullshit going on in the military right now and I don't see it ending anytime soon. That really bothers me because that was the last bastion for young men to go to learn "how to be men" and the SJWs have it almost entirely converged. The work around is to join for four years or join the Reserves or National Guard and get all of the education goodies that you can get and get out. Join the Air Force and learn about Cyber warfare/defense then get out and get a job making a $100K. (Although that job may be at a converged corporation). lol

All in all, do not write off college education simply because of despair or laziness. The Globohomo poz evident in the current academic environment is a formidable obstacle, no doubt. But Uncle Sam taught me to charge through an obstacle with a blood curlding yell and showing the enemy my warface. That is not the correct approach to this problem. Adapt. Improvise. Overcome. If you can't go through it go around it. If you can't go around it go over it. If you can't go over it go under it. If none of those work fall back and keep your ammo dry, i.e., stack cash and wait for other opportunities. Just like this forum has evolved from one focused on picking up women, we as men must evolve.

For actionable advice for someone who does not like school or simply does not have the grades to get into a good one. Maybe you have a DUI on your record or some other conviction that prevents you from joining the military let me suggest this as a possible immediate course of action:

1. Go to YouTube and watch a dozen videos about how to properly use a power washer.
2. Rent a power washer for a weekend from Home Depot for a $100 and learn to properly clean your parents driveway, deck, siding, sidewalks, etc.
3. Have some business cards and flyers made up.
4. Walk around affluent neighborhoods in a pressed collared shirt, khakis and shined shoes. Knock on doors and hang flyers. You are doing driveway, back deck cleaning for $100.
5. Set up 10 appointments for the coming weekend.

If you do all of the above you should be able to make $1000 over the course of the weekend. Less the $100 rental. Repeat step 4. Consider purchasing the best power washer you can. If you are not afraid of heights and are careful you can add cleaning gutters to your repertoire.

That plan requires very little skill and absolutely no education. But that is something that anyone with a little drive and some personality should be able to make a success of. I have toyed with the idea of setting up such a company and hiring the kids that I teach. There are insurance issues I have to look into but I think this is a viable business option for a young man who is really struggling and feels he is not good at anything.

TL;DR Don't entirely preclude advanced education but if you do make sure you have a solid backup plan.
Trust me, your words aren't going out one ear and out the other. Man, just got off work. Certain parts of it makes me hate myself (I'm still in that certain deadend job).

Starting next week I'm knocking doors. I don't even know what I'm really doing (I don't have a website, my car is still broken, etc) but I'm so tired of doing what I currently do.
