My only temp ban was for calling him out as a shameless self marketer way back.
Ya I'd like to the details of this posted in full.

To the guys PM'ing

The best thing you can do is file a complaint with the entities I list below. Once he's being investigated he won't release damaging info with out severe repercussion, so it's unlikely. I've never purchased his services, so I can't do it for you. It's the only way you can recoup what's been stolen from you. Your information is confidential with these places.

There is precedent for the type of scam he is running, and doing it in collusion with the clubs as he sometimes does, is even more serious.

Gather up anything you have- receipts, emails, texts, photos, names, write down whatever you remember about the sequence of events, what you paid, to whom, for what etc. Have that ready and then start contacting the links below.

Federal Trade Commission - File a complaint

California Dept. of Consumer Affairs - File a complaint

Nevada Attorney General's Office - Consumer Complaints

His company is called Elevare Group LLC, which owns:
his blog/main website
getgirlsinvegas . com
baronsociety . org

There was a time when I thought I might see McQ in person again so I kept the whole thing private.

However at this point I don't mind going public. I've got no personal beef with the guy but honestly he shouldn't have a problem with the truth being discussed openly either. I would say these same things to his face.

I would not call McQ a dirtbag based on my own experiences, but he is the type of guy you have to be careful with. I understand different members had different experiences with him so take my account with a grain of salt. I know a couple members who hung out with him on a regular basis and would continue to hang out with him, and other members that want to kick his ass. Clearly people have had differing experiences with the guy.

We've hung out a few times in Hollywood. He's...a character. And a compulsive liar. It's part of his game. He puts on a huge front. And by and large it works. He's an approaching machine and has no problem throwing himself into a social situation and bullshitting his way through the whole thing. Some people might see through it, others not. He appears fearless. Some chicks roll their eyes and walk away. Other eat it up. He doesn't care either way.

He's been a solid wingman to me on at least one occasion. I've also seen him threaten an entire bathroom full of guys at a club to fight him. Half the time I've hung out with him I'm thinking, "What the fuck? Who the fuck is this guy?" and the other half of the time I'm thinking, "Maybe there's something to this..." I've seen him puke his guts up and then go to the bar and buy 3 more shots and keep going.

My belief is that most people's beef with McQ is him pulling a bait and switch. He would start the night by getting you VIP access and make it seem like it was all due to his connections, and then later in the night he's hitting you up for $50 or $75 or more (I've heard much more). I've heard from 2 other highly repped members (legit guys I've hung out with on numerous occasions) that he racked up hundreds and then tried to stick the forum members with the bill.

In another case, one that Fisto pointed out, he quoted a member something like $300 to walk this member and a date to the front of a VIP line in Vegas. Now the thing is, is that's not unheard of, and on a Saturday night or on a holiday that's the going price to get walked into a club. So McQ wasn't scamming anyone in that case, but he did tend to misrepresent himself as some uber promoter with exclusive hookups when the truth is that there are hundreds, possibly thousands, of such guys in Vegas.

So make of that what you will. I do believe that he used a fair number of forum members to make some money. To what extent I'm not sure. I also know he got some guys laid, and he's probably helped some guys with their game too.

The guy is a mixed bag and kind of a crazy fucker.

Wasn't he going to sue Fisto or something at one point? I wonder how that panned out.

The last I read he said I would be hearing from him and his "team".

That was a year ago(?). I think his team got busy designing that shitty logo for the baron society.

And Veloce, he was charging 400 dollars for a line pass. He said the guy still had to pay the entry fee if I'm remembering right. That's complete bs.

I can't vouch for McQueen in person, but he did contact me privately ages back of his own accord and encouraged me to take the offer of a movie role seriously and to embrace the opportunity it provided. As such, I'm grateful for his guidance and can't entirely write-off someone who took the time to try and privately-elevate someone.

If he did hustle people too hard, well, that's always the danger inherent in those of us from less-privileged backgrounds who choose to chase the affluent lifestyle. I spend a large proportion of my time actively not being tempted to take advantage of people who are - being blunt - asking for it. I could so, so easily and they'd never, ever see it coming. Thankfully, stoicism anchors me, and I live simply, when many of the guys I came up with ended up doing time.

As for his persona being 'cultivated': I'm a musician. The quickest way to being treated as a rock star is simply to act like one. So much of my success with women is modifying my persona on the fly based upon their positive and negative responses.

Obviously, it's a complex situation. Hopefully, if the claims are true, he'll learn to reign in his wilder instincts, but a large component of developing maturity is based upon falling down hard first. Either way, there's potential gaining of wisdom for both the player and those played.

I don't have any experience personally with Christian McQueen. However, this story does prove the adage that you have to BELIEVE YOUR OWN BULLSHIT. I'm beginning to find that these guys are so used to living within fantasy that it gets harder and harder for them to live in reality.

McQueen kind of sounds like a con artist with a major cocaine problem, the armchair psychologist in me wants to say some kind of cluster B personality disorder, borderline or narcissistic?

Compulsive lying, con artistry, and substance abuse all point to psychopathy. Narcissists would make themselves out to be hot shit just for the sake of you thinking they're hot shit, rather than to scam you out of money.

I thought his podcast thing was entertaining, and I got some useful knowledge from some of his posts, even if they were regurgitated from somewhere else, I wouldn't have seen them, so if not for his rehash, I wouldn't have that perspective he (re)posted.
All the club stuff I never listened to, and ignored it. I haven't gone clubbing since my early twenties, those posts/part of podcast were useless to me, so I never was tempted to the drama.

McQueen sounds like a typical hustler type you'd meet in Hollywood/LA/Vegas nightlife and business. I don't really have anything against him (although I've never met him, I've met his type before) and he does seem to know his stuff when it comes to going out in LA and Vegas, but like all things, if you get caught up overpaying for something, its probably your own fault for not doing your due diligence and handing money over sight unseen. He's looking to make money off you, you should know this.

I did buy a few of his books though, they seemed ghostwritten or outsourced as the tone was a bit "safer" than how he posted and conveyed himself here.

I don't really care about all the heat placed on McQueen and this thread will probably bring him more clients than damages.
The only thing interesting here is the formula to make money provided by the blog post from 30 days to X

I discovered a series of other Christian McQueen cons and lies that were discussed in private with affected parties.

[attachment=29053]

In many ways, I think the list of people who repped McQ and, perhaps worse, spoke of his pedestrian game tactics in glowing terms speaks more loudly than the (somewhat predictable) acts from an obvious charlatan, who had the temerity to market himself as having "perfected game" for an extended period of time.

You almost can't blame McQ for trying to scare up some money, but that guys were so easily seduced is more troubling in some ways. This is partly why I've always said this "I've met the guy in person" metric--which has gained speed in the last couple of years as the height of vetting processes--has proven to have major flaws. McQ and a certain other member, who was at the center of one of the forum's greatest dramas, are just some prominent data points who were repeatedly vouched for by members, yet proved to be con artists, stalkers, or odd-ball cocksuckers.

I've never met Mech, but I more or less know what to expect. I'd buy the guy a beer in a heartbeat, but probably keep it domestic. I'd mouth off extra to idiots at the bar, with full confidence that I had the backup necessary to splash those assholes in the face with rocks in the parking lot, before exploding into space in our front-end damaged--but fundamentally bullet-proof--Cutlass Supreme.

For the record, I called it right on McQ from the jump. When I moved one of his various one-itis threads to the newbie forum--where it muthafuckin' belonged-- he raised a complaint to which I responded with diplomacy.
