It's surprising but then not surprising that everybody seems to think this is okay.
Last night I asked a normie who advocated such practices if it would then have been right and proper for ordinary British and Americans to face the same kind of penalties based on the decisions of Bush and Blair.
She did eventually give me an answer, albeit an unsatisfactory one, but there was a long moment of silence as she processed this moral dilemma, as if never having considered it before.

Mr. Bison is Thai or Cambodian, right? I always thought, he was Russian too in his red uniform. Was it SF I or II when Gorbatschow came with the helicopter to dance with Zangief? Seriously, if Capcom would be American, I could imagine them cancelling Zangief, but Zangief is a commie, so maybe they like him.

I'm assuming Bison was Thai based on his level being in Thailand. I believe it was also SF2 when Zangief's ending was him dancing with Gorbachev. The later games I believe also changed Zangief's location to the Russian Federation which is now problematic.
