Can someone explain to me what NSFW stands for, I've seen the acronym pop up many times on this site.

Most likely they just got fat and said fuck it, because they can still get work in their niche market, it's also possible that they ran their course in mainstream porn and had to switch to BBW to get work. I'd like to know as well. The way it looks we've just hit the tip of the iceberg. Fat acceptance is getting more and more common and despite a push for healthier choices in food, people are still willingly choosing to eat shitty foods. I've seen this personally in my line of work.

Obesity rates are peaking throughout the developed world. We've gone just about as low as we can go with that particular epidemic. The battle is obviously not over and a large scale decline is still years away, but we've got nowhere to go but down at this point.

A plateau doesn't = soon to decline its a possibility, but not a guarantee.

I'd also like to see gender specific numbers for the USA before I get to happy.
