I've been through child custody issues myself so I can empathize with the father. He should have kept his distance when a gun was produced instead of letting his emotions getting the better of him. The shooter was all to eager to kill the father and it was unnecessary to even produce the gun in the first place. Just call the Sheriff and let them sort it out. There was no imminent threat of violence posed by the father that required a gun to be produced.Philosophically I blame the woman if the child was supposed to be handed over at 3:15 by a custody agreement. Produce child, father leaves. A case like this breaks my heart and makes me wish I lived on another planet somewhere.</blockquote>
