He's justified. The guy charged him, tried to take gun and got shot for being a hot head. </p><p></p><p>Was he goaded... Probably, but he let wrath and anger cloud his judgement and is dead because of it. </p><p></p><p>I'm sure the ex wife instigated... But that's been my experience of 99perxent of the time what happens. You learn to get around it and use the court system.</p></blockquote><p></p>
