The guy charged him, tried to take gun and got shot for being a hot head. Was he goaded... Probably, but he let wrath and anger cloud his judgement and is dead because of it. I'm sure the ex wife instigated... But that's been my experience of&nbsp; 99perxent of the time what happens. You learn to get around it and use the court system.</blockquote>
