That job is worth less than some dome. When I used to work those type of jobs I'd quit all time, show up drunk smelling like kush, whatever. You can get another minimum wage job in a week, and it's pretty much a waste of time having one since you can make more than 7-9 bucks an hour if you're not stuck in a fast food joint or Walmart anyway.
Really that should be the first question people should ask themselves about their job: am I making more money by being here than not?
With a small amount of hustle and basic ability with tools you could pull a minimum wage salary in 10-15 hours a week instead of 40 and not have to deal with the people who run those places.

Last winter in MA was hell. Cleared roofs off and shoveled for $30/hour
Last summer me and my bro put ads on Craigslist. Get a truck and we'll load and unload for $25 an hour.
There's all kinds of shit you can do for money other than waste time on minimum wage.
Right now I got a nice paying job for someone without a degree cuz I bust my ass and a dude liked how I worked and needed someone full-time. This is not a job I'd give up over some brain or because I wanted to drink and smoke all night.
