I'm afraid it's an echo chamber thing: it's been soundly debunked to people like us, and we are prone to thinking (wishfully, perhaps) that a much wider segment of the population finally sees clearly.

I had a coworker just a week or so ago tell me she felt like she was coming down with something. She got tested and, wouldn't you know it, she had covid.

There are still a whole lot of true believers in Canadia.

Unfortunately a not so small percentage of the population in the US, mainly in blue jurisdictions and along political lines will welcome the new mandates and lockdowns with open arms. If the Alex Jones predictions are true and things will start to pick up this fall with this new imaginary Covid surge, it’ll be like reuniting with a long-lost love for these people. And just like before, anyone resisting or daring to speak up will get the usual labels (racist, white-supremacist, Trump supporter, etc, etc).

For me personally who lives in a blue state, I fully intend to double down on my non-compliance. I will not a wear a mask anywhere and will simply either not visit such an establishment or they can try and kick me out. As for the worthless vaccines and boosters, I will openly tell anyone who asks that I’ve never gotten them and have no plans to do so under any circumstances.

I largely kept a low profile during the height of this insanity back in 2020-2021, but not this time.

Either way.
It could be down to one or multiple reasons.

Obfuscate from the Biden corruption scandal.
Further implementation of digital currencies as you say.

The particulars are what the are.

Yet the underlying & main purpose behind it all, is absolute control.
 
They may intend this as a test run this flu season to see whether they can pull it off next year.

The experimental mutagen series uptake numbers suggest that a small minority still cleaves to the covid story. If they fail to achieve critical mass with their covid activation strategy they'll focus on another one for the election.
 
Masks and temperature pistols are already back at our local hospital just to see the physio and they ask if you're vaccinated (even though 99% of the people are, so I guess they're asking if you had another booster) I just say yes as I had the measles vaccine as a kid. Waiting for vaxx passes to come back. Australia is truly still in the flu mania.
 
Its not a project fear as far as what the trend is showing. It is everything to do with controlling the civil unrest which they are deliberately creating. The Trump indictments, the US constitution and the economy are all targets here.

The only difference this time is they are going to really push people to freak out against each other and the authorities.

Remember guys, they do their best work during times of chaos.

Unfortunately I fear it’s already too late, here in Minneapolis/St. Paul it was 97 today and humid and there’s people with masks on outside alone. And I’ve seen it all summer.

I’m getting to the point where I’m just giving up on most people as they’re just dumb. The people who can see and have discernment I hope god puts them in my path. I know I live in a blue city, although 95 percent of the rest of the state is red besides the twin cities. But man, I feel alone!

Will everyone fall for it again? You can bank on it!!
