One way I've found effective is to politely push them and probe as to how far they're willing to go. Cite examples like how Australia has soldiers patrolling the streets to force people to stay inside, and ask them if they think we should do that here. You can also point to how China was welding people's doors shut to contain the spread and they still had an outbreak.
Not to add to paranoia, but honestly, such a friend can be a liability. Information has been leaked to someone who may use it against you.
The odds of there being some 5G connection are so remote that it is not even worth discussing. That has the same type of energy as "there are microchips in the vaccine bro." Talk like that just diminishes the legitimate concerns many have with the vaccines. You can wildly speculate about anything. Doesn't mean you should.

I'm not saying 5g wouldn't be used for nefarious purposes if it could be, but there's no evidence it's harmful, so why bother speculating? Also if 5g was in fact harmful I would think it's more likely out of negligence/ignorance rather than malicious intent, though you can never 100% rule out the latter.
If you ask me, the 5g crazy is merely the result of our addiction to smartphones, and the elites surely know that people can be controlled more easily this way; however I doubt they have much of a hand in it.

Welp, my number came up, somewhat. Right now unvaccinated just have to get tested weekly effective next week. I'm not doing the PCR - I don't want any foreign object entering my body from this bioterror episode. I saw there's home saliva tests, some of which even have an EUA from the FDA. Not that that means anything to me but hopefully it does to them. I'm not going to ask them if that's okay, moreso I'm just going to wait and see if they ask. Will seek more guidance from God this weekend. If they say it has to be PCR, then I'm outta here - meaning I'll give them the pleasure of firing me. Or same if they change their minds and require the vaccine. Pretty easy though compared to what some of you zers have. I think God puts us in situations up to what we can handle so that's probably why old chestmilk has a pretty low level difficulty setting. Thankfully this all has been building my faith though.

I'm curious what you hope to accomplish by discussing these bizarre conspiracy theories? This is a public forum and I don't think its difficult to discern that most normal people who come across this thread who may have otherwise been open to reasonable COVID criticisms will be immediately turned off by such discussion. Don't get vaxxed because you might unknowingly get chipped by the elites and/or have your mind controlled or be killed through 5G technology. I think it'd be a shame to see this thread go off the rails in this regard by whatever. I can't help but be reminded of Alex Jones, "They're putting chemicals in the water to turn the frogs gay."
I have heard in a few different places, usually where the exemption publicity is hidden (conveniently), that exemptions are in fact offered by most organizations. I presume these are religious and medical "reasons". How hard do you think these will be able to employ to dodge it? These are bureaucracies after all, but that means paid peons to carry things out as well as incompetent or careless followup.
Forgive me but I have to correct many things medical around here, the real issue is the system at play here (the medicolegal one primarily) with particular doctors, appointments, precautions, schedules, etc.

There are enough legitimate medical reasons to avoid the vaccine. Talking about 5G and mind control discredits the anti-vaccine crowd, makes us look like nutjobs (this is exactly the ammunition the media uses) and ends up resulting in more fence sitters getting jabbed.

I brought this up before as a counterpoint- all the videos on youtube are anti-flat earth theory. If it was a gov't PSYOP wouldn't there be stronger promotion of it on mainstream channels?
