The whole circuit got together and finally came out with this decision, which should have been last Fall. Now, it seems weird to me that the precedent for the hospitals around the nation (VA is federal workers too, including docs at VA hospitals, nurses, etc) was via some implication that Biden used CMS as a way to "require" or make a mandate, and the hospitals acted like they didn't have a choice, though they did. As a result, this should nullify that too. Notice the last line, that there is this claim (where Kavanaugh was the ultimate traitor) that "religious and medical exemptions were permitted". Yeah, as if.

First thing I learned in this book is that all childhood vaccines are not tested against placebos....they are tested against the current vax which was tested against the last vax, etc, etc until you get to the first vax which basically was never tested at all.
