Purpose of this thread is to post anything related to COVID Passport, which is now making headlines. We'll be seeing a lot of the "COVID Passport" narrative because summer is a popular time of the year for travelers to fly.

If only the cOnsPirAcY ThEoRisTS weren’t proven right at every corner. Love the CNBC article that states:
“Once inside a business or venue after showing the Excelsior Pass, as well as another government ID, you & your party will be required to maintain social distance, masks, and hand hygiene.”

The passes wouldn’t be such a bad idea if one had any faith that this would be temporary & all your private info wouldn’t be kept on your phone. But who buys that? On top of that - so... you’re telling me that even after getting vaxxed, passed & ID’d - in an environment where EVERYONE else has been tested/vax/passed - you STILL “are required to maintain distance protocol” ?
I skimmed a handful of articles and notice the comment section missing from all & not one sentence critical of anything. How stupid are people ?

This is probably my biggest concern - this stupid "passport" being a requirement to visit a hospital....
My wife is having a baby in October. If I get locked out of air travel and other recreational things due to my refusal to be shot up, so be it... I can live with that. I won't like it... but in the grand scheme of things, a lot of that stuff is just recreational nonsense. But, being banned from my wife's bedside during the birth of our child is a whole different ballgame. Will they have the power to do that to me????
This all has to be stopped, now. Never in my life have I felt that we are about to enter a war for our rights in this country, the likes of which we have not seen in our lifetime.

It's all about where people will draw their line. If people simply refuse to do something, then it falls on the government to enforce it. If they do that, they either fail or succeed depending on the wills of both parties. The mask, as Roosh has pointed out, was to gain soft consent, to warm up the pot of frog water, so to speak then Vax > Vax Passport (Digital ID) > ??? etc. At some point, I believe this House of Cards will fall. At some point, they will bite off more than they can chew (I believe they are very close if not already there). It's basically like they are just trying to make it hard to be a person. More and more it feels like some sort of club, you keep paying dues, yet the rules keep increasing and the benefits keep decreasing. Maybe you aren't allowed to quit the club, but you can walk away with your soul intact. If they don't like that, then it's on them. I echo your sentiment, and I feel like the stage is set. I don't know what it will take, but once the hat drops, they won't be able to control the outcome like they think they can.
I also wanted to ask, has anyone had any success contacting their state representatives, senators, governors etc?? I live in a so-called "Republican" state and wrote several emails regarding the election fraud and received zero responses. I am not surprised, but at this point I even wonder if it's something worth doing. People always say write your elected officials, but I'm wondering if it's even worth wasting the time writing something that's well-crafted and respectable. This vaccine passport cannot happen, even though I fear it will.

I think it would be worthwhile to have a thread devoted to avenues for legal challenges to this and other mandates. One option is to rename or repurpose this thread or I wouldn't mind starting a new one as long as it's not considered to be cluttering up this part of the forum.
I make this suggestion because I think it would be beneficial if all of the legal information were collected in one place instead of spread out in multiple threads. This would allow for easy reference and updating. Let's face it - we're going to need this information sooner or later and with each passing day it's looking more like sooner.
