100% scam. Any crypto you send will be gone forever.Watching Elon Musk live on YouTube and there is a URL code where if you scan it, Elon is willing to double whatever Crypto you have. You send in an amount to him and he sends 2x back in return. I’m way too scared to trust this, sounds like a scam. Anyone else try it and vouch it’s legit and safe?

Won't be any protection from it. The lawyers doing the claw backs will make millions though.I just came across a telegram channel that's organizing people and taking donations to protect users against possible retail clawbacks due to the Celsius debacle. Apparently, they'll force people who withdrew money 90 days before they stopped withdrawals to return the funds.
I sold most of these paper related BTC products and miners, but not all. Since I think we have one last big drop down, should I just eat it and sell them all while the price is reasonable? I'm thinking so. At least then I can have my big paper losses so it means much less when I make it on the way back next year and beyond ...The bankruptcy of crypto-lender Genesis could lead to the liquidation of the 600K+ BTC held by it's sister company Grayscale. Greyscale also holds towards 10% of ETH. Though there are two companies trying to take over the control of Grayscale. The begining of Mt. Gox bankruptcy disbersments has been pushed back to after April 2023.
There was an article in ZeroHedge, which suggested that the recent really is thin. Seems to be the case.
I took some profits at .25. Next up doge.
@Cynllo: So I got the Safepal. Looks easy enough to use. One thing I couldn't figure out/understand so far: I paired it with my phone via the app. Send some coin from an exchange to it. It appears on my phone but not on the wallet. I understand that this is because the wallet is offline. That said, I don't fully get it yet. Does this mean that the keys are also stored on my phone and if so, why would I need the hardware wallet in the first place? Please excuse my ignorance but I'm not a tech guy. Thanks.I've found Ledger is much worse. Very cumbersome. Prone to failing. Glitchy app and they also have bad support for most currencies. I.e. they may support a currency, but you need to use a 3rd party app to do anything with it. Safepal supports pretty much everything in their app. Also much easier to do anything with DeFi, DEXs.
Adding to the last posts in The BTC thread, looks like another clunk down could be coming.

Thanks for the explanation. So, does this mean that my transactions never appear on the hardware wallet? It's a bit confusing because you can actually look up the transaction history on it.No, the private keys are stored on the hardware device, the QR image you scan contains the signed transaction which is then broadcast by the APP. The addresses and perhaps xpub is stored on the phone, to retrieve current balances.
