I am not just picking on crypto, I would expand my question to all speculation. Real estate speculation or flipping, day trading on the stock market, etc. From a Christian perspective, I'm wondering if others find those things immoral. They've always seemed wrong to me instinctively because instead of focusing on generating real value, you are gambling and hoping for easy money that you didn't really earn - money that necessarily has to come from the pockets of a greater fool who possibly worked quite hard for it. Am I just old fashioned or do others agree with my position?

I have watched as these people are 90% wrong about everything and I am 90% right about everything. Yet the more we are right and the more they are wrong, the more they harass you into silence. These are the retail late-comers who are going to buy crypto at prices that won't be seen again for a few years. The writing has been there for them to see what is right for years, and they have chosen to only believe what secular authorities download into their brain via soy-based couch-potatoes like Brian Stelter. If you have been maligned for decade(s) for presenting truth that is opposed to mainstream lies they believe as they blow their top at you for wanting to deprive them of the right of masturbating to others' daughters, here is your chance for recompense. Oh, and Jamie Dimon is among them.

So it won't bubble-ize for now, but later?

Research is not that necessary when you can just invert the playbook of programmed losers.

It is amazing how you can tell this to friends and family members, all you need is a modicum of discernment, and basically life is now a contrarian play to show you the way; clown world inversion left and right.

I think in their essence they are, but I just write it off to the mystery and plan of God for allowing it. The devil is in the details of the mindscrew that having inherited an upside down shit world is. If you don't go live as a monk or Amish type, you have to just do your best to play within the current game and try to encourage others to seek God along with you.

The funniest part is that there is a corrollary my buddy and I always joke about: how stupid is it that the greatest QBs ever (playing now and recent past, apart from Brady) some of whom are worth 100s of millions, get washed up women, date 40 year olds, or marry 6s?

You can take that clown world example all the way down to men who make solid six figs and even in virtuous hard working careers to boot: in the west, it should do (maybe not everything but) so much more for you, but actually is equivalent, it means little to nothing.

Crypto or clown world? They are probably quite closely linked. Crypto started it's run at the same time as the corona-scam, juiced on Floyd and turboed when .... Whatever, man. You know the thing ... the Harris administration with Joe Biden.

For those looking to follow their staked, pooled and fused SOL token positions:

It also has some capabilities for ETH, BSC, TERRA. It is the only one that reports on Alpaca.

These two are good for BSC:

For those who need a last will and testament it would be useful to add notes on these for your legates, executors and administrators. Because it can be quite difficult to track down deposits otherwise.

I generally invest in crypto I think will be useful in the long term. It doesn't go up as much as some of the other stuff, but it has gone up more than the stock market. I'm not selling my bags on some poor, unsuspecting sucker (who in many cases would be a billion dollar institution), but holding largely as a hedge against the declining value of the dollar. Keeping money in a bank account is foolish in times of inflation.

You do raise good points though.

What is consistent among all organized faiths - Funds raising.

Why because their are 5 elements to ALL successful Human Endeavors:

1. A morally JUST cause
2. A competent Leader
3. A disciplined organization (Family, Army, Schools, Churches Corporations etc)
4. A deep knowledge or the timing of the Cycles and Seasons of Life and the terrain you live upon.
5. An adequate warchest to provide for your organization and your people and to grow into the future.

The myth of the nobility of poverty is just that a Myth... and the idea that Markets are Pure Speculation is also a myth - the Markets are a Vehicle for Price Discovery due to the laws of supply and demand especially when transitioning from one technology to another. For Example Gold and Silver were a medium of exchange for Millenia until the Printing Press allowed books to distribute knowledge and to print notes that represented money. Then telegraphs, tickertapes, phones, radios, TVs, the internet to communicate and now earn "money". We are seeing the transition from Centralized FIAT money to decentralized digital money and all to make price discovery more transparent (Blockchains) and distributed. In the future when SpaceX and Blue Origins and Virgin Galactic are mining quadrillion BTC values of minerals on asteroids they will need markets for Price Discovery.

I assert it is every God Fearing Man's responsibility to learn all about markets, price discovery, generating righteous profits to provide for his family, his community, his faith and his people and country. Even a Christian organic farmer needs to know his costs and the value of the crops he might grow to earn a profit and stay in business. He needs to be Just, Competent to Lead and understand his markets, his terrain and the cycles and seasons of life. He needs "money" to buy equipment, seeds, fertilizers, supplies and earn a surplus profit to stay in business, take care of those God has charged him to care for and do it again next year and the next thereafter..

If God wanted us to live in poverty, squalor and misery he would not have created us in his image and motivated us to better our selves for our selves and for those we love whom he also created and charged us to care for.

Where is the honest price discovery mechanism on thousands of memecoins with zero underlying fundamental value? The ONLY value they have is what results from speculation and pump & dump schemes. It's simply a 21st century version of the classic ponzi schemes, which have always been illegal because they dupe the uninformed into losing their savings. They are inherently dishonest. You can't spend these coins anywhere, and all but a small handful of them will be absolutely worthless in the future because there is no value to them and no good reason to have hundreds of different competing coins going around. It would be laughably inefficient to try and work all these alt coins into the financial system as valid fiat. 99% of them have no reason to exist except to fleece suckers.

Investing in silver and gold as a stable store of value is completely different than day trading ponzi coins.

So in one fell Swoop our modern Day inquisitioner has decreed all Cryptos based upon Blockchain technologies and experimenting with different Market Solutions to the problems of money are "Ponzi Coins" compared to Gold and Silver which are hard to mine, expensive to buy, expensive to store and secure, expensive to transport and easy to detect (Metal Detectors) and thus easy for Corrupt Socialist Leftists governments to confiscate whereas a key premise of free market cryptos is their anonymity, privacy and unconfiscatable nature.

There are many other threads to express moral concern trolling in and to pontificate in - this thread is for those of us seeking real value (sorting wheat from the chaff) in the onrush of new emerging cryptos and technologies and to help each other survive and prosper in our turbulent and chaotic world.

Is decentralization and transaction/gas fee not inversely correlated? Basically I don’t see how you can have a true decentralized currency in use that also has low gas fees.

SOL hit my target of $45 for a take profit. Didn't meet the $48 like I expected though. Still running the trade in profit.

DOGE is making its breakout for a dollar it appears.

Interesting VIDT Datalink - anchors validated items, paintings and or collectible assets that once validated are linked to 4 different blockchains - similar to a chainlink oracle but for NFTs.

Chart now at $1.26 finished 5 Wave and an A corrective well below Wave 1 and now B topping looking for C (A leg =C leg) Entry around $0.35 to $0.40

Yellow Horiz lines Upper Resistance (Multiple Rejection Wicks) and Lower Wave 2 Support and C Wave retrace target ... Since this is a relatively obscure recc on Stansberry could see a Promotional Pop and irregular B high before C... Then 5 Waves and ABC become Larger Fractal Wave 1 and 2 with new Primary Wave 3 Moonshot...
