I think BD is correct with much of what he says in this article. I think guys with a long history of many women usually have difficulty in relationships. But I don't know how long Gambler has been out of the game. Did he immediately go from being a player to marriage or did he slow down several years ago and work on his relationship skills before marriage? I don't know how Gambler's marriage is structured. Is his marriage in Russia and what are the laws like there?
BD makes some good points about marriage but there are women who are exceptions to the rule who can be good wives just as there are women who are exceptions to the rule who will let you bang other women. There is no perfect solution in today's world but there are many solutions that can work if you put in the work and develop the skills to make those solutions work. My personal opinion is to avoid marriage in western countries with unfair laws because those laws, the awful culture, and monogamy not being natural for humans put you in a position with the deck being stacked against you.
I've learned a lot from BD's blog although I stopped reading it a while ago. His advice on relationships is good and most of that advice applies to any type of relationship. However, someone could probably take everything he teaches and condense it down to 10 or 15 blog posts.

BD claims to bang 8s, 9s, and 10s from online game in Portland. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on 1 point on the scale since this forum essentially uses a scale that ends at 9. But if you think he is banging legit 7s, 8s, and 9s as a 45 year old in Portland then I have some beach-front property in Iowa to sell you.
A lot of what he says is too good to be true.
However, I think guys are more likely to find the unicorn attractive girl that won't fuck other guys but doesn't mind you fucking other girls, by following BD's methods rather than following the advice of guys who theorize on the Internet about traditional relationships (but don't have any actual experience). I've got some experience with this and I know other guys who do also. I think relationships like this are possible, although probably temporary, for guys who are not controlling or possessive and not manosphere keyboard warriors dreaming of a unicorn traditional wife who lets them bang other girls.

I couldn't agree more. He claims to be low drama but most of his blog posts are framed as an argument. He is extremely argumentative and always has to be right. This is a recipe for insecurity and high drama. He also goes too far criticizing Roosh and others in the manosphere as a way to generate traffic for his website, so he is intentionally starting drama.
He is correct that a lot of the manosphere has black-and-white thinking about banging sluts versus searching for a unicorn virgin to marry. But he also has black-and-white thinking about how his system it right and everyone else is wrong.
