Fellas, I'm pretty sure Roosh didn't mean, literally, that this is a picture of a straight man in America cozying up to an actual American girl on American soil. It's called metaphor, guys.

The picture is not clear enough to make the call that he puts in maintenance on his face.
I think because he has a darker complexion with a Mediterranean look, it naturally gives the impression he is gay. Guys from the Med get that accusation a lot. People say they look "metro" when in reality they are naturally tan with smooth complexions and full eyebrows, etc.
