Don't do it. It's too early in your career and won't do you any good at this point. Better to gradually keep building your brand and expanding the circle as you've been doing.

Don't trade your precious privacy for some cheap premature fame. Let the TV shows come when you have enough money and power that you cannot be fucked with.

It's a good thing you weren't advising the Kardashians.

Kim, don't make a sex tape! You're too young!

I think it would be unrealistic to assume they will not try to spin the interview as they see fit in the editing room. I would do as other suggested and buy yourself a button(concealed) hidden camera to go around with you while their filming if you have to debunk any spin they use down the line.

When its all said in done this is going to be free publicity that will reach lots of people and as they say there is no such thing as bad publicity.

For what its worth I say go for it.

Reach out to media expert Ryan Holiday. Pay his consulting fee and do as he suggests.

This is a huge break.

Anyone who can't see that belongs in a cubicle farm somewhere with his penis taped between his legs.

Mike,

As far as I know, McQueen is not sporting a pair of DD's. ;)

Nope.

He's selling an image and lifestyle.

Will that appeal to all or even most people? No.

Will it appeal to enough people to make it worth his while? Yes.

I am honestly shaking my head at this thread.

Too many risk averse pussies.

If you wanted to go public, this would be a good way to do it.

That said, you may not want to go public, or you may want to go public on your terms i.e. one where you have control over the presentation.

I'm sure you're familiar with ABC's previous attack on the manosphere. Don't be surprised if this isn't something similar. Also be prepared to have your identity exposed and for publicity or television piece never to materialize, like the previous ABC piece that was pulled when they didn't get the response they wanted. Or if the piece isn't about what they say it is. The final product will be beyond your control.

You'd be using them for publicity, and they'd be using you for sensationalism. Gotta see if for what it is. Just depends how bad you want the publicity and if you're comfortable with those terms.

Personally, I wouldn't. As the Bagavaghita says, you have to take actions independent of the fruits they give. If I was to do this, I'd just be looking at the dollar signs at the end of the tunnel, and the process might leave me feeling disgusted. But then again, I'm also not in this as a primary career, so my values are different.

Do you mean Dateline (NBC)?

NBC the network who made the "error" in the George Zimmerman 911 tape to help portray him as a racist by removing the dispatcher comments.

What they played:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he's up to no good. He looks black.

What actually was said:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he's up to no good. Or he's on drugs or something. It's raining and he's just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy - is he black, white or Hispanic?

Zimmerman: He looks black.

No doubt they will pull some Zimmerman editing shit on Christian as well.

It's not about being "risk-averse," Mike, it's about not shooting your wad prematurely.

I shake my head at the idea that McQueen needs to forfeit his privacy and anonymity for some fleeting z-list "celebrity."

It's a womanish thirst for attention at any cost.

Do it Christian, you're one of the coolest guys I've met and know, I know you'll come across brilliantly on camera no matter how they show it. You'll be fine and you'll make good income for yourself through the show and your books. All that hard work paying off bro, from the streets to the big screen.

If your goal is to continue living your life the way you do, and making a killing at it, possibly even reaching a level where you can utilize some fame game...

Then I think you have everything to gain and very little to lose.

ABC Nightline.

Lmfao my typos know no bounds.

Loving the advice guys, keep it coming.

They have profiled the Love Systems guys before:

Their tone was skeptical, but overall Nightline didn't portray them too badly.

If you decide to do it, take pointers from the above video because that is likely how they will spin your story.
