they're safe, most are made in India, generics are huge biz in India and quality control is actually very good.
As for which ones to go with: depends what you need...
Cialis will last a couple days, great for a weekend you know you're gonna get laid but you just don't know when.
Viagra, you need to know when you're gonna get laid cause it's got a window of a few hrs, you miss that window and youve wasted the pill. Great for old married couples and their weekly 10pm wednesday night fuck routine that you can set a clock to. It's the strongest tho, you take it, in an hr you're concrete and whether you got somebody to fuck or not you're still ready to go.
Levitra is almost in between, lasts longer than Viagra not as long as Cialis. For whatever reason this is the one that I think sex feels the best on. Viagra and Cialis you lose a little sensitivity, Levitra feels the most normal.
Viagra gives me nasty flushing of the face, I get red and my nose gets stuffed, I can only get away with using a small dose of it and I hate having such a limited time frame to work with so I tend to avoid it. They all can cause these sides btw but Levitra and Cialis for me cause it a little less but this varies by the individual, you may find the others react better with you. I think of cialis as my travel pill, levitra when I've got a girl or girls I'm seeing regularly. Dapoxetine is for the guys out there who blow too quick, not a good idea if it's not an issue for you, I had to try it for my own curiosity but I just banged away endlessly and never got close, I finally just got tired and gave up. For a guy with no premature issues unless you're really trying to impress it's more frustrating than it is fun.
