He should have put on 60lbs of muscle while she was losing her 60lbs of fat. Granted its easier to loose 60lbs of fat then gain 60lbs of lean muscle but in the 5 years they were together he could have done it. He may have left her after he beefed up instead of her breaking his little beta heart.
