Bit of a throwback but I think the Virginia Tech Massacre was a perfect example of this. Isolated, omega dude no one talks to, slowly goes insane and explodes one day, with tragic results. I'd bet if someone got that kid got into game, and begun cultivating good social skills, there is chance- probably small but a chance- that might not have happened.

This is very true, Soup, and I've believed this for a long time. The constant denigration of men in today's society, the general worthlessness of most American women, the constant marginalization of men, and the lack of opportunities to express masculinity in a healthy way is driving many guys over the edge.
