I'm 22. In America, having a "cool" facebook page is definitely a huge advantage to the vapid attention whores of my generation. They see the pictures of you having fun with other guys and good looking girls at different venues around the city and/or country and your value skyrockets in their eyes. Having pictures at parties with lots of girls def makes it easier on American college girls, because for some of them, facebook is more important than anything else in their lives. Sad, but true.
I started cleaning up and removing information from my facebook a few months ago though. I am leaving a base page with minimum info to keep in contact with close friends and family. See I have gotten lays with girls here in the states, but never a long term relationship. In Europe I experienced a relationship with a beautiful girl, who, didn't care about ever even asking about my facebook, and in Europe, I am much happier. In America, relationships with young girls (who are hot enough to actually want a relationship with) is almost impossible unless your a celebrity, SUPER rich, or a professional athlete, or willing to constantly play games with them. See its possible to have a relationship with these girls, but like Roosh said, Do you really want to? Also, these girls, if you are in their social circle, will put out for you, but they are like whores to the group. I'll never forget being in the same room with three other guys who all had recently banged the same sorority chick. It disgusted me, even though she was physically attractive. It just disgusted me.
If you are stuck in the states I say def build up a facebook profile with cool pics of you having fun and have lots of likes on your status' and all that bs. In my experience, it does pay off and make it a lot easier to get the lay if your socially proofed with a "super cool" facebook page. I was a late facebook adapter, but in my late teens jumped on board because the option was to stand on principal and lose out on a lot of chances to fuck or join the empire so to speak in terms of your sexual options with your peers.
Having said all that, I despise facebook. I honestly think the government is using facebook to spy on us. That's why I will never update my true city of residence on my facebook or post any relevant information. In a couple of years I will probably delete it altogether.
