Does it work a lot of the time?
"I think it's really sad that we can go ahead and just judge someone right away and say that person eats too much, they're overweight. They need to change their life."
If you can smell a person who stinks can you judge that they need a shower? If their breath reeks can you make the crazy connection that they need to brush their teeth?
The indian doctor suggest that it's the hot mom's fault for wording her add differently? Talk about blame the victim.

This is impressive, like one week and this went on the news..can you imagine the progress you can make with a fat shaming month, or fat shaming year.

Ha- I gained about 10 lbs in the last year. I was drinking (and eating) too much but also had an injured foot for 3-4 months and fell out of my routine.
I recently started hooking up with this korean girl I was seeing a year ago and the first thing her and all her korean friends say to me is to make fun of my weight gain. It happens every time we hang out now haha.
Definitely motivation to start cutting.
Oh yeah, I forgot to drop this little gem. Apparently, Twitter will suspend ANY account if enough people report that account's posting as spam. Soooo... If another #fatshamingweek were to take place, we can silence dissidents by reporting their posts as spam.

Now that's a little ridiculous, but what it's done to my ex is that she became super dedicated to fitness and healthy diet. She's 28 now, same weight and is still just as fit, while her peers are going up to the super heavyweight class left right & center.
