I agree with you, it exposes many nasty elements. But I think that by launching a war we are amplying the message and get some converts.

This guy's literal argument is that working out is useless since people have no control over their bodies. He thinks losing weight is useless since studies show that people will gain it back anyway. I am losing my mind here.
