Female fertility and age

Yeah, to say nothing of Mick Jagger and such, who have grandkids older than their baby mamas. I wouldn't stake my future on that, and reproduction is only a fraction of a percent of fatherhood, but by and large we've definitely got it easier as far as fertility windows go.

Are they? Male fertility diminishes but not that much over age, does it?
They are when you are completely infertile. Have a long way to go but I see baby steps in the sperm counts recently.
That's a good question though. In my own research I find that male factor infertility is definitely getting to be an issue.
I have seen people say it's a toss up as to who is the "problem".
One day I had 9 million per ml and the fertility doctor said that was enough for a conception, then for a year it went straight to zero.

Good luck, new friend. I'd be interested in hearing about the various things you're doing (supplements? pharmies? etc) and what kind of success you're having if you'd ever like to share here. Could be useful for a lot of guys here, maybe including younger guys who want to take a preventative approach.

Just had our first kid earlier this year, my wife's 32. Got knocked up immediately after the wedding on our first try (was living in sin and pulling out prior to wedding).

I was rather worried about waiting too long, but it seems to be not a problem so far. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that my wife's grandmother, who had 4 kids, had them when she was age 33+

I hear Keith Richards is going to wait a little longer to start having a family................................................kidding. Time likely isn't on his side.

I prefer not to say much about what I am doing now. The usual things a man can try is HCG, HMG, Clomid. Finding a male infertility specialist might be a challenge.
