Not she will not get away with this very lightly.

Millions of men are serving time because they let the laws used only against them,
almost never in favor of them. That is why we have over 98% inmate population men

The women are doing almost as many crimes as men, the problem is that they are not reported...

Cops are a necessary evil to protect women, children and cowards.

If you're contemplating calling the police over something like this, you have to ask yourself which category you fit into.

Sometime a man may have to call the police. This is not one of those times.

This is a move right out the feminists playbook.

"He said something mean about me, I'm going to find every little detail about him and attempt to ruin his personal and professional life"

I would call the animal police. She obviously didn't think it through very well wanting to feed her dog acid.

Thousands of men are sentenced daily for many years for much lighter threats.

Whenever a man writes privately and not even in public, such a death threat
to a woman, he gets convicted for at least 5 years...

Actually the biggest cowards are those afraid to go into a police station and
spend few minutes writing a document according to the laws

I think publically posting an article mentioning her death threats on RoK is enough to have her name appear in Google results for the end of time.

Roosh said it best. The death blow is ruining their Google search hits. Employer searches for her name and it appears on RoK. I would avoid her if i saw that.

I get what you're saying, but the folks over at AVoiceForMen have been trying that shit for decades now (with public identities too) and look how that turned out. Not an inch of progress made.

Just accept that women have an enormous upper hand in this fight and that this sad state of affairs will change only when women decide to change it or it collapses into anarchy/slaughter/starvation due to too much parasitism and undermining from feminism and assorted ills.

In the meantime, focus on making the best out of your situation.

We should instead have a day set aside to mock and belittle her (Delia Fandom? Sounds like a porn name) online with gifs and meme images.

You're getting a little silly now.

No kidding socialp. You think it takes balls to get someone else to fight your battles for you?

That is exactly what she wants: attention and validation. The absolute best thing to do here is to ignore her completely. I think tuth knows this and won't even bother posting in this thread.

I agree with this. Best response: go through her Twitter feed to check for anything against their Terms of Service. Getting her account suspended will cut off her source of attention and passive income.

I'm in the 'ignore and continue on' camp. Complaining to the police also says that the threats are credible, that police action is needed to prevent the actual risk that she has the balls, conviction of principle and intestinal fortitude to kill tuth and then her dogs by feeding acid laden flesh to them.

This lady ain't no Jody Arias and isn't killing anything but my eyes with those godawful looks.

Freedom of speech works both ways. Trying to take down a message because you don't like it is what women and the lesser women known as feminist do.

We are above that.

I say let it stay up so everyone can see the type of person posting. I would rather people see how these women react when they don't like what you say. It almost always results in threats of physical harm.

That alone shows she is not one to be taken serious, they already lost the argument. These posts are our greatest weapons that can be used against them when they start their crying of being a victim.

It's hard to be taking a person seriously when they cry victim and later talks about killing someone with acid. Sort of like a rape victim going out the next day and fucking another dude.

You guys realize that you can submit it? Tuth doesn't have to do it.

Also, how come wrestlers don't go to jail when they make similar threats?

As a lawyer, I see problems in prosecuting her. The First Amendment gives wide latitude to "threats" that do not indicate a real present intention and ability to carry them out.

Tut's anonymity kind of negates the present intention and ability to carry out the threat.

If he were threatened under his real name, it would be different.

See Watts v. U.S., 394 U.S. 705 (1969).

That's flawed reasoning - guilt by association. The fact that they use a particular strategy doesn't make it a bad one. Free speech and hate speech are separate concepts.

If anything, I would argue that getting her suspended strengthens the argument against her. Twitter can take down the original, but there are copies all over the internet which will live on. An account suspension by an independent authority like Twitter would give more weight to the argument that she's an extremist.

If it was a real death threat - as in, you suspected this person would show up are your house with weapons and intent to kill - I would say, yes, absolutely, report immediately.

But since it's femininst internet rage, the question is would using the legal system and harassment laws feminists have enacted to make an example of this hater be worth your time. It's a question of strategy, and how much doing something like that would excite and entertain you.

An ROK article on death threats that named names might be in order, especially with the recent "how to defeat liberals" post.

Her Twitter feed has already gone private. For reference, here's the tweet in question:
