Thousands of men are sentenced daily for many years for much lighter threats.

Whenever a man writes privately and not even in public, such a death threat
to a woman, he gets convicted for at least 5 years...

Actually the biggest cowards are those afraid to go into a police station and
spend few minutes writing a document according to the laws

That's flawed reasoning - guilt by association. The fact that they use a particular strategy doesn't make it a bad one. Free speech and hate speech are separate concepts.

Do you consider Roosh's posts as hate speech?

Many do and according to your flawed logic he should be banned from all social media.

I think the best way to deal with this is to do what Matt Forney did: put together a list of the best threats and make that in and of itself a Return of Kings article.

It could be called "The Ten Best Death Threats Against Tuthmosis." In addition to screengrabs (thanks DaveR for the one here), I'd suggest placing the names of all the feminists making the threats in the copy. That way when people Google these women, death threats are the first things that come up.

I know we all talk about how corporations and schools are sympathetic to feminists. But they're not sympathetic to anyone who threatens someone -- zero tolerance and all that.

Making a rogues gallery of the death threats will enshrine them as potentially violent troublemakers. And, by the way, if one of them in the future has a "domestic incident," THEN a lawyer on the other side can bring this into court as evidence.

No, I don't. Calling someone fat or ugly isn't even comparable to what she wrote.

There you go, it's a slippery slope.

You can say what is hate speech while organizations, like the Southern Poverty Law Center, that many considered experts on the subject can have their claim to what is hate speech.

I bet if it was up to the SPLC, Roosh would be censored all over the internet.

Once you start censoring people for things like hate speech it is just a matter of time you get censored because people didn't like what you said.

I would rather let people say stupid shit so others can have their say without impediment.

You guys are making something a big deal when it it is obvious that it was hot air and not a real threat. I say, if someone wants to out themselves as an idiot, you let them.

Well shes a woman, technically at least. So she would get off with a slap on the wrist anyway.

You could do her a favor and slap her in the face instead and maybe you can fix the gap in her teeth.

Fair points, but they don't make a strategy. You can bet any money you have that the feminist groupies are trying to get Roosh banned from any social media site he uses. Whether or not the same thing is done in return has no bearing on their actions.

She's already outed herself as an idiot and it has been noted. My point was that it would be good cannon fodder to show that an independent organisation came to the same conclusion.

Hate speech generally involves a threat of violence or some other form of intimidation.

No doubt they try just like they try and get guys fired from their jobs when they post something they don't like.

That, in my opinion, is a sign of weakness. If you have to go to those extremes because you can't win a debate or argument through discussion you already lost. Any comments that make you enraged to go through all that trouble typically has hints of truth that those people can't deal with.

Sounds like a simple definition, and I agree, but I don't have faith in how people will continue moving the goal posts with their versions or interpretations.

Sometimes you just got to deal with idiocy for the greater good.

Hmmm....a RVF member for less than a month, emphatically and repeatedly urging Tuth to file a report with the Law.

Looks like an attempt to get Tuth to doxx himself....troll detected?

Appealing to the authority of the law to fight your battles is a feminist tactic. Don't fall to their level. There are sutuations where you do want to involve the law, but an unpleasant Tweet isn't one of them.

That it's a feminist tactic isn't the issue. It's that the threats are not credible.

The reason Sarkesiaan style abuse is annoying is because SHE KNOWS this shit isn't credible and is simply trying to shock gullible idiots into feeling sorry for her.

I agree. May help people distinguish between real threats and half-cocked twitternet dipshittery.

RE: Feminist makes public death and mutilation threats to Tuthmosis...

Believe it or not, I'm just seeing this thread now. I hadn't noticed it was about threats to me. If you've been paying attention, this threat of violence is not the only one that's been made to me--or even the most serious one. People are calling for me to be burned, shot, and killed all over the place. It isn't all fun and games either. All it would take is for one hero to take that seriously and actually try to harm me.

I'm compiling them, yes, but short of hitting the report button and trying to get all of those people's accounts suspended, I don't see what else I can do without filing some elaborate lawsuit. Frankly, I don't know Twitter's politics, so quite it's possible that hitting the report button 250 times might backfire. If the Twitter admins happen to be some white knights who hold a double standard against my legal right to free speech, and these bitches' illegal threats.

This, as you know, is the sad state of affairs in many, if not most, online communities. It's nothing new, and we've seen women forgiven for violations while men are summarily banned or otherwise punished.

You guys realize that you can submit it? Tuth doesn't have to do it.

This. If something really offends you, you have the right to hit the report button on Twitter or elsewhere.

First, they have to find you. Hence the possible motive of a brand new RVF member's first thread posted here that largely consists of repeatedly urging you to make a legal complaint....

I think publically posting an article mentioning her death threats on RoK is enough to have her name appear in Google results for the end of time.

Roosh said it best. The death blow is ruining their Google search hits. Employer searches for her name and it appears on RoK. I would avoid her if i saw that.

This is a great way to go.

An important factor is to associate hypertext links to their names and statements, since, I believe, Google assigns higher priority to linked text.

The more sites/blogs that link in the same way to the same source, the higher it goes in Google. (Assuming that there is actual text content. I think that Google started penalizing mere "link lists" some time ago.)

This could get her life-long association with violence and violent behavior.

I think rather than actually file a report, you should get her and others alike to think that you might file charges against them. Put the fear of jail in them, publicly
