Cops probably need some other alternative (besides the tried and true nightstick beat down, which also gets unjustified complaints). Obviously some means of restraining thugs is needed when they resist arrest. I think a bullet in the skull is fair, since I am easily able to avoid resisting arrest.</p></blockquote><p></p>
