WIA,

She hit him with a stiletto heel to the ear/face from behind. He was bleeding. I think you can make a case that's deadly force:

"the apparently drunk straphanger, Shanique Campbell, poked fun at Pena’s jacket and his slight speech impediment before using her 6-inch stiletto as a weapon — hitting Pena behind the left ear and on his face."

No comment/opinion on the concealed carry aspect, but I'm thinking a competent attorney could convince me as a juror bleeding out your neck might be deadly.

You don't want to be in a position to have to fight for your life legally, trying to justify your deadly use of force, if you could have ran away instead. Each state is a bit different, Like Florida and their stand your ground statutes (e.g Trayvon Martin case). If you conceal carry you have to make sure your life is in danger (a pipe, a knife, a bat, another gun, etc). A regular fight is not enough to protect you from an overzealous prosecutor.

Problem is that we all know a fist fight can lead to death as well as high heel shoes and carkeys in a bitches hands can put eyes out, etc. Is that enough to pull out a pistol? In most cases no, but different lawyers have different views and it depends upon the state as well.

Another issue that is rarely discussed is how the weight of these females affects fights and assualts nowadays. Back when I was a kid, even the worst black female bully was under 100 pounds. I remember the last fight she had before she got sent to Juvenile Penitentiary eventually. She tried to fight a guy who was playing football and running track, he knocked her ass out cold.

Fast forward to the 2000's and it is not impossible to see larger females beating the shit out of a scrawny young male, and beating him with fists like they were grown men. Not just black women do this. I have personally seen even large Mexican American and White girls do this as well. I have even seen 2 police officers have to restrain a big girl like she was a football player in handcuffs after a scrum. Our legal system to me, seems somewhat outdated in that regard, but I guess that is what the Juror system is for....

Do we know anything about how this started? I've read somewhere that Jorge Pena and the clique of girls knew each other. But I can't tell.

I'll bet you're right. If so, my guess is they were at the club where he works. Is it a ratchet joint or upscale? They might have been trying to "lock down" the bouncer the wrong way, with negs and it escalated when he remained aloof. Just my theory.

^^^Holy shit look at the size of his hands in that article. They are like tennis rackets. That bitch is lucky she didn't die when she got slapped. 98 mph is no joke, the average man can probably barely hit 55 mph.

A friend of mine can throw 90 accurately and he never even made it into the minor league system.

From the NYMAG Article:

His lawyer Joseph Indusi, of London Indusi LLP, decried the fact that his client spent days in jail on a $1,000 bail for a misdemeanor, while Howard, charged with felony assault, was released without bail.

This is because when the judges set the bail they only hear the charges and do not hear the situation or the facts of the case. The judge heard "large hispanic male hit a woman on subway" and set bail at $1000 on the misdemeanor while the same judge heard "woman involved in public violence" and the judge figured a man instigated it and released her without bail. Judges are theoretically supposed to be fair, without prejudice and here is a shining example of the exact opposite: biased and sexist.

The decision to release her without her having to post bail may or may not be due to the fact that she is female. When bail is being decided, the factors which go into consideration are whether the Defendant has a fixed address, fixed employment, any prior failures to appear, any prior record, severity of the present offense, and whether he can provide a valid I.D. Some people are complete idiots and don't know their address, don't know the name of the place where they work, and can't produce a valid I.D. I've therefore seen some people held without bond for some very minor cases and have seen people released on personal recognizance for some pretty seroous felonies. It's hard to say what happened here.

I have a few musings on this:

Recall that big smile by the prettier wing-gal? How many black guys on RVF can recall ever getting into an argument with black females in a clique only to have one of them wink at you or come talk to you later on? Or you catch her by herself afterwards and she is putty in your hands? One of the reasons black guys tend to have stronger game by default is because it is hard to catch specific girls alone so you have to flirt-fight with their jealous bitch friends first.

You have to pass this massive shit test without escalating it into a full on brawl, in order to get the pussy from the interested one in that clique. It's like you have to have meat for the pitbull out in front. If he had de-escalated the situation with slick game skills, he could have gotten play from the other 2 girls, but obviously he wasn't interested enough.

Another one would be that women like this are common, especially black ones, in all major cities. The East Coast is not the only one. Moving to another location won't fix that issue. Changing levels to older women, just means you have to have verbal jabs back and forth with their lead sycophant. Older black women 26-40, hang out in groups as well. You have to pass the shit tests of all in that group first as well. The risk of a fight is a bit less, but still the arrogance and sense of entitlement is still there nevertheless. It basically becomes the same as with other race girls at that point.

It's immaturity like this with those 17-23 girls that makes it tough for guys in certain cities to isolate prey. I have lost count how many times, I have had to bail or abandon a daygame approach on a top notch young black girl due to a volatile clique. When you are often forced to chase older ones, your options tend to shrink causing frustration, because their shit tests are in alot of ways alot harder.

In fact, as a topic aside, Clique Penetration is difficult no matter what the race or city background. I never learned advanced divide and conquer strategies at that guy's age, but if I had that knowledge when I was 21 I wonder how much better it would have been.
This is what I was talking about before on this thread. How every black dude get into a problem with a girl that actually like them. Flirt fighting is a term I have to remember. If a girl is doing this to guys they find attractive, then imagine what they do to the complete opposite. It is also funny how you mention the group pack. That was my very first thread in the newbie section! I read the Red Queen book fours years ago that have a section about a species of birds where the female are larger than the males. When they find an alpha, a mob of female birds swoop and smother the poor fellow hoping he pick. And that part have always stuck with me. As time go on, it resemble the urban environment in my opinion.

The immaturity of 17 to 23 could relate to her upbringing. If their worn out mother is constantly saying "Never fall for sweet words, men ain' t shit, don' t trust any man, and don' t mess with a broke nigga, etc.,." Meanwhile the mom coddle and berate any man who does come her way. When the man leave will cause her to put up a strong front, but the girl know she is depress as she the slow mobility and puffy eyes? 13 to 15years old are expressing their mom beliefs to men due to lessons they learned before they hit puberty. Add little or no father figure and her genetics is a gold standard (thick), I say before that. An anecdote will make me say sometimes 10. Now add us men approaching. These girls know the deal and can be worn out before they even reach 18. In the summer, I have to be cautious because my city is small with nothing to do. So there is a lot of young kids out walking around and even then I mess up three times. One girl when I approach just gave me stink look. Instantly I thought she hang with gang members. Sure enough I was right. The other two were 15. One I heard that I apologize, bless their day, and walk away. These two were positive. In fact, one of them was in business pants walking the courthouse making me decide I should approach her. As I ma

Update

http://nypost.com/2015/05/21/woman-from-8-ball-jacket-attack-video-pleads-guilty/

The woman charged with felony assault for stabbing a man with her stiletto on a subway for wearing an ugly 8-ball jacket took a plea deal Thursday in Manhattan court.

Danay Howard, 21, copped to assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree for a wild brawl captured on cellphone video that broke out on an F train in Greenwich Village on Nov. 8, 2014.

“It is alleged that you struck the complaining witness in the head with a stiletto boot, causing that person to sustain a laceration, bleeding and substantial pain. … Are those charges true?” asked Justice Larry Stephen in Manhattan Supreme Court.

“Yes,” she answered.

If she completes one year of therapy, three days of community service and stays out of trouble for a year, she’ll be allowed to re-plead to a misdemeanor, prosecutors said.

Howard and a group of her girlfriends were allegedly taunting Jorge Pena for wearing the unfashionable leather coat.

“You got wack 8-ball jacket that came out in 1990,” Howard yelled at Pena, 25. “Get your money game up.”

Howard’s pal Shanique Campbell, 20, whacked him over the head with her purse. Then Howard pulled off her stiletto boot and hit him in the head.

The 6-foot-6 Pena turned around and smacked Howard across the face so hard he knocked her off her feet.

Another person on the train then jumped in and started punching Pena.

Pena was initially arrested and charged but the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office concluded he acted in self-defense and dismissed the case.

The misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct case against Campbell is still pending.

Video of the melee was posted to YouTube and quickly went viral, racking up more than 4 million views.

^Paging forum lawyers.

Is this the pussy pass or could men who committed a similar assault expect a similar plea deal?

Of course not. Any man who attacks a woman first would be in prison.

In this case it is a victory that 8-ball did not land in the slammer. Without a recording this might have happened.

Just as in the case of this woman after she cut up a man with a glass:

That was a good article Zel.

But, despite being equal understatements of justice, they differ on one crucial element - bias. While Stratford was likely given leniency for having a dependent child, in my opinion, Slater got off (from a much bloodier crime) simply because she's a woman.

Last month, Bianca Hendry from Middlesborough escaped jail - despite having a previous conviction for battery - after biting the tip off another club-goer’s finger in a dance floor confrontation over 'stares'.

Similarly, on Friday, Victoria Willis from Darlington walked free from court after stabbing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife at their home.
Her punishment? She was given a community order.

Earlier this year, Sheona Keith glassed a male clubber for simply smiling at her - but was spared jail by a judge. Instead, she was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £400 compensation by Judge Philip Wassall at Exeter Crown Court.

Had these been cases of men attacking women, then - quite rightly - they would've been given much stiffer penalties. But, in the same week where car insurance brokers are no longer able to discriminate against male drivers, the courts should be applying their policies equally, too.

The men wouldn't be punished by the law, they would be dead. Punch a girl in public or be known as an abuser and you will have every red blooded male coming down on you in an instant. Glass a girl without provocation and you're looking at 6 months minimum in the hospital or the morgue.

The pussy pass exists but I am a firm believer in what comes around goes around. They may get away with it once, twice or more but one day they will do it to the wrong personsomeone and that person will end them, pure and simple. And the world will not care.
