I have been following this case for months and have read all the related legal documents that I could get my hands on. If more people knew the details they wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the girls' version as "regret sex".

I stand by my earlier comments. These are degenerate whores who got doxxed and are trying to salvage their reputation.

Are the men convicted of rape?

Marilyn Monroe was told her nudes would be for a private collection, yet Hef built an empire on them. Should she have been given Playboy?

It is pretty fascinating how they managed to rape a few girls and get away with it for so long. Also amazing that they would stoop so low. From what I can tell, maybe half or more of the girls did it consensually/semi-consensually. Why risk it by forcing the others?

It seems the conspiracy started in 2013. Some say that the first 100 videos before that are clean. Later they realized that the only way they could get hot girls on a regular basis was to lie to them about the nature of work in the ads to get them interested and then about the distribution.

Other porn insiders kept saying on their forums that something shady was up. These established porn guys were unable to get girls in the quality and quantity GDP was getting.

If the lies were so rampant and ongoing I wonder why more girls didn't come forward? From what I can tell only 17 did. Also many of them didn't seem too coerced.

I think all the dishonesty is highly immoral, but I guess where I cross the line is if they prevented the girls from leaving or forced them down. I wonder how many girls were in that situation?

In some sense SS is right it is a whitepill that you couldn't actually get pretty western girls to do porn like this without being highly manipulative.

Correct - they were easily outclassing companies which had bigger budgets. Their girls were on average 2 notches higher in looks and worn-look-slut-o-meter.

It's interesting that their best bet to get those girls was to resort to shady methods. They could have continued having the same lower quality of girls as the others, but wanted something else.

And it makes perfect sense to not go forward. Most didn't have an issue with the sex. So it's not as if they could easily prove innocence - they signed a contract and knew what was going on. The damage was already done, so fighting it would only prolong the affair. It's harder to prove coercion and lies, mid-level pressure of being put in that situation - flown out, new city, no money for ticket back, lied about the dissemination with conviction.

There were 22 plaintiffs and seven non-plaintiff models who testified on plaintiffs behalf. Their legal team says they have talked to over a 100 girls with similar stories. Many wanted to move on with their lives and didn't want to relive their trauma in a court trial.

All these girls whether as plaintiffs or witnesses were harassed by GDP guys. One of the witnesses was fired from her job when GDP sent her video link to her boss as retaliation. In fact, GDP also harassed and stalked the plaintiffs' legal team.

Vice article -
"The attorney representing 22 women suing Girls Do Porn alleges that its founder Michael Pratt and his associates have spent the last two years harassing, blackmailing, and intimidating him and his family. The attorney says that Pratt photoshopped his face, as well as the face of someone on his legal team, onto porn and spread it around the internet on accounts set up to harass them."

"Last week Jamia McDonald, an ex-girlfriend of Gibson, testified that she saw Pratt and Gibson create the photoshopped photos firsthand, and that they then asked her to text the images to Holm, according to Courthouse News. The image was shown in court, according to Holm."

Courthouse news -
"McDonald said in Superior Court Judge Kevin Enright’s courtroom Tuesday that Gibson paid her $300 a week in 2018 to make harassing phone calls to attorney Brian Holm, one of the attorneys representing the Does.

McDonald said she was instructed by Gibson to text the doctored image to Holm’s cellphone in addition to calling him multiple times a day. She said she witnessed Gibson and Pratt edit the photo at an Airbnb they were staying at in San Diego."

< Wow - first rate psychopaths - any more power and they would have disappeared the lawyer and the girls. If they had Hillary Clinton's clout, then half the girls would die mysteriously including the lawyer.

Of the ~545 girls they have shot, very few have come back for a 2nd shoot. Esp in the time frame of episodes 200 to 400. And even the ones who did a 2nd shoot were conned.

GDP would shoot a b/g scene and a solo scene the next day. They would then hold on to it for a few days so the girl would think they held up their end of the bargain and agree for a second shoot. And then they would release both scenes a few days later.

Great stuff, MW. You nailed it across the board.

The deceivers are corrupt, the girls are corrupt, the lawyer has been corrupt. There's no justice in any of this, and there can't be in such a society anyway --- all of the actors involved are arguing about who eats the throw up, while (as I said before) some shysters on the side laugh at how they attain more of the ill gotten gains, and in league with their judge colleagues, though that always remains unsaid and may even partly be unconscious, but known by the really intelligent.

Those buggers had little to risk there even lying to them they thought. They fly a broke girl over into another state, it's late at night and she is tired sitting on the bed in a 5-star-hotel. Then they tell her that it's a porn shoot, not a model shoot, and if she refuses then she has to pay for the flight back and find a hotel late at night - probably most of them being broke anyway. You tell her that if she does it, then no one sees it and she can stay in the hotel until tomorrow noon and has her flight back.

Minus the allegations of rape, that kind of shit happens every day in the porn industry. It's full of sleaze on both sides of the lens.

Sure - staying as a paranoid millionaire in Thailand beats being in prison and having his money confiscated, but still.... I somehow doubt that he will be disciplined enough to pull it off.

I'd pick a different country. Everyone thinks Thailand is some forgettable backwater, but it isn't exactly a forgotten planet. One of the forum members thought he could do illegal shit and hide out there, but found out the hard way it wasn't so easy to disappear.

That guy did far hotter shit - essentially he was a black-market drug- and stolen property dealer (even if only offering the platform). That is a cut way above a porn site pimp. They won't be scouring all his emails and sending teams across the world to find his whereabouts. Also - with the porn-pimp it's partly worse because his identity is fully known, so every international airport has him instantly flagged. Israelis and Chinese, also Muslim countries shield their citizens, but Euro-countries would deliver you even quicker. Russians may shield you, but 8 mio. $ is nothing to them - he would have to come with 80+ mio. $.

He needs a fake passport that will pass local police checks for traffic accidents, he will have to stay off international airports and mostly stay in SEA travelling only by boat (depending on the tech they use for local passport checks). Sure - he could live off an estate in NZ as well with the risk that a facial recognition camera recognizes him and it's over.

We will see.

He could cruise the entire continent of Africa and not worry about a thing. Less true for South America, but still possible. Then again, most people don't want to do that, but it beats jail.

It's amazing how such psychopaths managed to find each other. The intentional doxxing is particularly disturbing, as it seems the monetary gain from running pornwikileaks and resulting traffic to tube sites and memberships wouldn't be significant at all. The guy got off on ruining these chicks.

With that said, I think many of these so called victims are still exaggerating to save face. I've watched way too much GDP in my day, and I simply don't believe these guys were running a systematic rape operation that over 600 women fell victim too over the course of nearly a decade. Why? The vast majority of the girls are CLEARLY into the sex. Their body language, eye contact, and enthusiasm with the stuntcock contradicts the whole narrative they "didn't know" it was porn. Alot of these girls get railed and clearly love it. They also often appear quite confident and eager in their intro before the scene, again blatantly contradicting their fear and coercion narrative. I realize people can act in certain situations, but I have a hard time believing a girl that is supposedly being blocked from leaving her hotel room and about to be raped is smiling and laughing about her early sexual experiences, and caressing the actor's balls and legs during the act.

Lying about the distribution of the videos makes perfect sense, as this is how they got such hot girls next door to appear so eager on camera.

They also paid more than the going rate for shoots, with girls generally saying they got paid somewhere in the 5k range, and I recall hearing 6k or more in a couple accounts I read on reddit and other places over the years. This would also explain why they still managed to get a few hot girls that applied directly to the site. Because they were already operating a shady operation, they weren't concerned about the potential liability of flying the girls across state lines as well (something I doubt most "legit" pron companies probably wouldn't do). Plus, it appears they were not doing STD tests on the girls, another "friction" that adds time and makes some newbies drop out.

The girls are now using their own tactics against them. Claiming they didn't know it was porn, because they know it can't be proven they were ever told it was a porn shoot, because the recruiters were doing it over phone calls to protect themselves in the first place.

I'm not defending these guys, but what this comes down to is the girls were falsely promised to have their cake and eat it too (porn that no one would find out about), and now they have an opening to rewrite the experience as a victim narrative to save face. Now they get to bask in white knighting on reddit and SJW news articles about how "brave" they are. Nobody will learn anything, and another generation of women will simultaneously be taught they don't have agency over their own actions but are strong and independent.

Nobody's saying that all the women were coerced into making porn. The way GDP operated was -
1. Craigslist ad for "adult modeling" which many assumed could be anything from nude modeling to solo shoots etc.
2. GDP sent emails saying "adult shoot" and then told them on the phone it was a hardcore sex scene.
3. Hesitant girls told it was for private collectors and DVDs in Oz etc.

Most girls who came to the shoot did know it was porn, but some did think it was nude modeling or just general modeling. Those are few cases but obviously the media highlights them in order to show what scumbags the GDP guys are. Overall, they shot around 480-490 girls resulting in 545 boy-girl scenes and around 70-80 solo scenes.

What has been established is that they were lied to about the distribution. And the scam has been going on since around episode 100 till the very end if you look at the witness list.

You could say that even the earlier girls are trying to save face but why didn't GDP bring models from their side who would testify on how awesome GDP was to them and how they were never lied to. Only model witness they produced was for another site owned by them - mompov, a MILF site. and that woman had lived with the two producers for a few months. In fact, even with mompov they used similar tactics.

The ones who did not know it was a porn shoot, you can see in their videos that they are not really into it. Esp. the Jane Does who have accused the guys of coercion, not allowed to leave and sex acts they did not want to do. The ones, who did know it was porn from the beginning, yes they are more enthusiastic but even they had complaints about being made to do certain stuff and how long the shoot went on. They were told it was for 5-6 sex acts for just 30 mins but the shoot went on for 4-5 hours and made to do more than they agreed to.

Some of the girls asked for the male talent's STD tests and were stalled or shouted at for being demanding. Some got the clam from the guy.

The pay part. The 5k-6k figure was just to get them interested. One of the GDP employees who is now testifying on the girls/gov's behalf has proof of that. Pratt just wanted to get them on the plane ASAP and told them a high number. Almost all the girls' pay was reduced after the scene was shot by citing her body flaws. Or asked to do one more scene in order to get the agreed to amount. Also asked to do more stuff in the scene etc. The pay would normally be reduced by 40-50%. So most girls just made 2-3 grand.

The site has been offline for two weeks now cause it has been taken over by a receiver who is going to collect the money on the Jane Does' behalf. The other site is also unable to add new members.

I think a lot of young girls will learn something. That Craigslist is not the place to find high paying general or even adult modeling opportunities. There is no such thing as private collector and how shady the porn industry can be.

I'm curious to know which videos the girls have been coerced in.

Overall though, generally scummy, but if not rape it doesn't seem super horrible to me. Probably the worst for me is the bait and switch once on set or the wiki doxxing or the stiffing of money. But they have to expect even Australian DVDs to be leaked.

wannable alpha

Woodpecker
There are other sites where people have matched the Jane Does to their scenes and if you also read the plaintiff briefs' all this becomes quite clear. I don't want to name the girls here cause that would be doxxing and they have been through enough.

As for the OZ DVD and private collector thing, the GDP guys really knew how to lie. The skeptical girls were told that even the private collector had signed an NDA and if the scene was online they would know it was him. GDP would then take legal action to take down the scene and help the girl maintain her anonymity. Same with DVDs, they would make sure that any scene that went online they would quickly have it taken down.

Add to this the fake reference models. They told the girls that their scene had been shot three years ago and no one had found them out.

If the guy in hiding really is some sort of millionaire, can't he just get plastic surgery and a fake passport?

I mean it wouldn't have to be a fake passport, he just needs to get surgically altered to look like someone in a real passport and pay that person to give their passport. Yes it is a lot of work and not easy, but if he really has that sort of money, wouldn't that be an option? I'm not a criminal or anything, but I am sort of curious what someone's options are in such a position.

You are 100% correct, and in fact in some corrupt countries he probably won't even have to get someone elses passport. He can pull some strings and get his own. A new legal name, hairstyle, facial hair, maybe a nose job and a couple of years in age and bam- you've got a whole new person just like that.
