I'm on to my third cup as a tidy up a report I started on roughly 7 hours ago. Of course, two of these cups I had yesterday in the afternoon as part of a coffee break. All things considered this is my heaviest caffiene consumption in upwards of 4-6 months. Most days I don't even drink any. I guess my point is don't use the word addiction heavily unless it is addiction. To add, I did a cross continental trip a few weeks ago, and on the drive, I forget how long it was, but I drove all night basically I had 150mg of caffeine in the form of a monster zero, which i thought would have more like 200 or 300. So I did the whole trip, after a day full of other commitments, on 1 1/2 cups of coffee, and it did basically nothing to help keep me awake, so low was the dose, and how late it was. If you want to talk about coffee addiction, it would be the guy who has to get a vente coffee first thiing in the morning and then do more coffee throughout the days. What's a vente, like 30+ ounces? Or even the girl who does a grande and one normal coffee during the whole work week, without fail. IMHO caffeine withdrawal is overstated, I used to drink 2-3 cups a day, filled to the brim, black, for weeks on end, no withdrawal. Do not forget female status bonus for consuming branded items. In college it is hip for the girls to walk into class late with a cup of freaking starbucks. Tell me how smart that is! Me, knock back black coffee from Casey's or Dunkin in a pinch, this isn't some damn wine tasting, this is speed up my work at this bad sweatshop so I can get home to Ben Shapiro OWNs videos. Coffee is a timewarp to avoid the unsavory parts of the day, not a slow the day down with long gossipy coffee breaks device. Any man knows a proper old school coffee break involves a strong cigarette and a bowel movement afterwards, e cigarettes don't count!... I expect nothing less from you guys. History lesson, I drank coffee to be edgy because I was a non-drinker non-smoker. It also gave me the perfect excuse to be smug about my old macbook pro covered in nonsense travel and outdoor brand stickers. Just imagine what women use coffee for...
