HOW TO SEPARATE THE WHEAT FROM THE CHAFF
I would love to make a new thread about this, but since I'm a new member and don't have that privilege yet, I thought that this thread might be the most appropriate place to post it. I had a eureka moment today regarding a foolproof way to separate the female wheat from the chaff IRL, and I need to get it off my chest.
TLDR: To find wife-material women in real life, start publicly wearing t-shirts and baseball caps on which your values are broadcast.
In the immortal words of Dana McLendon, the guy who came up with the ‘Hot Crazy Matrix’, “above an 8 hot and between about a 7 and a 5 crazy… is your wife zone”. In other words, wife-material women are those whom we consider attractive, and whose values align with ours.
In my experience, at least, women above an 8 hot are a dime a dozen; women whose values align with my own are few and far between; and women who possess both of these qualities exist only on the internet. Accordingly, I’d all but given up on finding a wife in everyday life, and concluded that if I’m ever going to marry, it will be to a woman that I’ll find online or overseas.
Today, I went to the YMCA to lift weights with my dad. My dad decided to wear a t-shirt denigrating Canada’s reigning PM. Near the end of our workout, an attractive woman complimented my dad on his shirt. Granted, that’s not saying much value-wise, as everyone and their dog between Winnipeg and the West Coast thinks Trudeau is a moron. But that compliment hit me like a ton of bricks. I felt like Newton getting smoked by that apple.
Maybe I’m the last guy in the world to think of this, and if that’s the case, I apologize for wasting your time. But why don’t we start publicly wearing t-shirts and ball caps on which are values are broadcast? For me, that would mean wearing a t-shirt with a prolife message. It’s not exactly stylish, and doesn’t scream wealth or status, but if we’re well-built, well-groomed, and carry ourselves well, maybe we’ll start getting compliments from virtuous, wife-material women, some of whom might even be attractive.
