OK, but you could just use a small cotton hand towel to wipe. Assuming you poo once per day and don't want to ever reuse them, a supply of 5-7 hand towels should be very easy to maintain.

yeah the dryer takes about 3-5 minutes, sometimes I don’t want to sit there that long
I tried one of these out years ago during my quest to cut down costs.
I found that it did not adequately clean anything and just shot a jet a very cold water up my anal cavity. Afterwards my nether regions would be wet, so then my underwear would also be wet. Since I tend to use cotton for everything like everyone else, it would stay wet for hours. So you still need toilet paper, which entirely defeats the intent of this device.
I also worked with somalians and lived around bangladeshis and they would use waterbottles to "clean themselves" after using the bathroom and they smelled like shit all the time.
Would not recommend. If you are feeling "clean" afterwards you probably didn't need to wipe anyway because you eat a low fat rabbitfood style diet.
