Health: Apple Cider Vinegar

A buddy of mine who drinks this shit (he's diabetic and does it for blood sugar--something I am still very suspicious of any real benefits) talked me into trying it one more time.

I had been taking nice, soft, fluffy, floaty poops once per day for months and everything was just fine. One shot of this nonsense fucked up my gut flora and gave me runny diarrhea for 3 days. There is no fucking way this bullshit is good for you. I'll never touch it again.

I used apple cider vinegar in some of my healthiest times.

Usually I put it in place when I was eating extremely well, taking cold showers, and doing just about everything.

It's hard to separate out exactly how much difference something like this makes, but for a mid afternoon apetite suppressant at the office, I liked it. Good to have around , but not needed on a daily basis is my take.

It’s fermented, so should be good for your gut.

I used to drink a tablespoon or so mixed with water once a day. Did it do anything other than taste bad? No idea.

Now I put it on salad whenever I eat some. Tastes pretty good that way.

It does help kill parasites, this I know from experience. So does coconut oil and oil of oregano to be honest, and quite a few herbs.

The PH of the stomach should always be more acidity less alkaline, whoever posted that above is misinformed by the (((health))) community. The gut is the only place in the human body that should have a PH of below 7, the rest of the body must be slightly alkaline to maintain homeostasis.

The main problem people have with gut is that their stomach doesn't produce enough acid to digest most food, which results in people becoming XYZ-intolerant or whatever, this is caused by diets excess in calcium, alkaline water, and other anti-acid supplements. H. Pylori for example will attach itself to the gut wall, and start secreting an alkaline byproduct to defend itself against stomach acid thus allowing its continued survival, which allows ulcers to form (one of many ways). The first go to issue people have when they are experiencing an ulcer or gastritis is to take an ant-acid, which will only further the condition. I can understand taking it in extreme times due to pain, but it does not heal the gut.

The best thing that has healed me, no homo, are enemas, using distilled water heated to body temperature. A full bag takes in about 7 cups of water, and you need to empty the whole thing into your system (yes through your anus, its like irrigation). It is like a bomb going off clearing out all of the bad bacteria, and yes, a decent percentage of the good one. Still, you will be on the toilet for a good 30 minutes after you do one. You won't believe how full of shit you are.

I used ACV but didn't truly notice that being the cleanser, nothing is as powerful as water fasts and enemas to kill anything wrong with your gut. The first thing you should do after an enema is drink a probiotic with digestive enzymes, and some electrolytes & minerals to reset your system. Try to find an L Acidophilus super dose.
