drink it with a straw if you're experiencing tooth sensitivity or pain. i mixed it in water and still had some pain. the straw made a difference.

I finally got some cloudy stuff with the mother so I'll continue to use that from now on, the clear stuff I had didn't seem to be having any benefit.

How much / often do you guys take it? I can't face to drink it in the morning so just have 2 tablespoons mixed in some juice in the evening after work.

I do a shot glass full after dinner during the week. Don't wanna bring a big stupid bottle to work.

I'll do a shot glass full after lunch and dinner on the weekends.

I got complimented on losing a few pounds yesterday as well. :)

update - like I said I went out and got a bottle after I saw this thread.

I've lost about 5 pounds - shitting out a ton of bad stuff it feels like. My abs look a lot better, I don't feel as sore after working out, and my mental stamina much higher. I also think my skin has more color- I'm normally really pasty in the winter...

I'm always looking for a natural remedy edge but most stuff is useless. in this case I've noticed a clear difference since starting.

btw I do a small shot when I wake up, and a shot before I go to sleep.

I've been taking it morning and night as well, probably to much though, I went through about 28oz in just about a week... and yeah you do poo yourself silly, though I'm not sure if I've lost weight from it. I can still tell its doing something right though, so I'll be picking up another bottle tomorrow.

Are most people feeling dosage as two tablespoons twice a day as best then?

I've just been doing a tablespoon every morning which I might have to bump up to 2 spoons. Idk if its necessary to drink it at night but we need opinions from long time users.

It's just my opinion but I'd guess the best time to take it would be right after a meal. The acidity of the vinegar helps to break down the food faster so your body can absorb the nutrients and pass the rest out.

I've gotten a little shaky taking it on an empty stomach before a meal. I don't recommend it.

Ok so this is the latest on the ACV:

- I have gone through 60% of the bottle of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother.
- Took a shot glass worth and diluted in 8 oz water, no sugar or any other additive.
- Definitely gotten used the taste, the after taste is apple-y.

Results:

- Skin is clearing up
- Morning wood, sex drive is up
- No changes in the shitting routine
- Generally feeling good

I am planning on continuing to drink the ACV. I suggest buying a straw, drinking after eating something and brushing your teeth afterwards to avoid any damage to the teeth.

2Tbsp = 1 floz = average shot

I noticed now that I've cut back, about a tablespoon, twice a day, I'm not feeling the effects as much, and no more morning wood.

Seems like the ideal mixture is maybe closer to 3tbsp per serving, though body size might play a key part in this, I'm a big dude so I might just need more of the stuff to get the good effects.

I've been googling a little and I think I found an answer to the morning wood correlation.

The acids in apple cider vinegar help to improve the digestion of protein. Protein helps to construct some of our hormones, especially the growth hormone which is instrumental in breaking down fat cells. By increasing the acid in the stomach before a meal begins, the chances for proper digestion of protein also increases.


So eating some decent protein with every meal along with some ACV is the formula for morning wood.

I still say taking it right after a meal is better.

I've been taking a dose at night before bed too, it doesn't seem to interfere with sleep and I figure it'll get that goodness in me throughout the night.

I just got a Braggs bottle of apple cider vinegar after reading this thread. 30 minutes ago I had 2 tablespoons, 5 minutes ago I already had to go to the toilet....
