Uses the victim's car, too, to go get her supermarket stuff with food stamps (why walk when you just got yourself wheels?). Cool and practical bitch. Tough luck on the Escalade's owner though.

I don't understand why women insist on debit cards. Use a good credit card instead. There are several that don't bill you extra if you pay on time -- and have a "bonus point" program where you can actually make money off the card. The Chase card is a good one.

When your bonus points add up to 5000, you can ask for $50 to be credited to you account. For me, this adds up to around $400 each year. I NEVER pay a fee, since I make sure to never charge more than I can pay (which you're doing with a debit card anyway).

And while $400 is not a massive amount, if I handed you $400 now, would you refuse?

This is why banks are pushing debit cards. Because people like me found a way to flip the script and make money off their credit cards. Yet they can't get rid of me: they need to keep those bonus point programs as an incentive for people they want: people who overcharge and get massive late fees that dwarf any bonus point cash.

I tried explaining this to several women. They looked at me like I was Steve Urkel and they were Laura (remember that show?). As stated above, most women don't want to know this stuff. Which is why you get situations like the example used at the start of this post.

These are girls that are working full time and had next to no living costs because they live with their parents but were perpetually broke.
