If there was an event for Internet tough guy, he'd probably qualify. Not sure about medal though, that act is not really at Olympic level

His response was the right one.

If you're telling people you can do something, well then, shut the fuck up and do it.

If you honestly think you can make the Olympics that easily you are a fool to not do it.

Any foolish child can talk about doing things, men accomplish them.

Which one are you?

It is not easy, I don't think anyone here said that. You're putting words in my mouth now.

Why do people buy lottery tickets if they knew they have 1 in a million chance to win? because it is possible and because people have hopes and dream.

If you have a passion for the sport and train your asses off knowing that it's extremely hard but you do it anyway because you have that passion. One in a million is still a chance, you do it because you want to.

Though you're probably an idiot if you train for 4 years to get some ass.

If anyone has any rugby experience..Sevens is gonna be a new sport for the 2016 games.
You got 4 years to train..Yea USA is gonna lose..But players are scarce

Don't know that the US will get to send a team. How many people play any sort of Rugby in the States, let alone Sevens? Not every country gets to send a team in each team sport.

For those considering. Being very fast is more important in Sevens than in regular Rugby. Sevens players tend to be somewhat less bulky, faster and more agile than regular Rugby players. Actually I find it more interesting to watch than regular 15 man Rugby.

I had a racist boss that denied me access to the Marine Corps Shooting Team. I had scored remarkably high on the pistol range, and almost as well with the rifle. I was automatically "in" for division matches, and the coaches were confident I'd make the shooting team. From there you have a shot to the Olympics.

A friend had done 5 yrs. on the team, and I could hold my own against him on the pistol. Oh well. Such is life.
