You simply cannot stop male thirst anymore than you can stop female hypergamy. It is ingrained in us. In the West it has just become absurd beyond proportion where young pretty girls are treated like famous pop-stars.
As long as the number of slim pleasant women is so limited in the West men will continue to spend cash on them. Most Russian guys would laugh at US style strip clubs and the amount men pay just to have a girl dance on their lap. For the same amount in Russia a girl would have to do much more substantial things.
Men buy female attention, because the entire Blue Pill conditioning has been ingrained in them that this is the way to go and they are told that mainly looks and money attract girls. Due to lack of the former they try to do it with what they've got left.
I've even had friends who blasted exorbitant amounts on strippers in EE - good-looking men with natural Game, because they "enjoyed" the experience, but all they got was a dance. Only after I talked to them with a more Red Pill understandingm, only then their perceptions shifted and they started running Game and fucking girls instead of wasting time on single mothers who are only interested to grab as much cash as possible.
