Rep points don't mean a whole lot, muc. I take each post on a case-by-case basis but even then my judgement isn't exactly worth a shit either.
Yeah I recall you were going on that witch hunt about high ranked members who might not be well-rounded - though 2Wycked may not have the best game (never met the guy but might sometime soon as we are fairly local) he has insights into one of the greatest cultural diseases of all time (the n-word, narcissism). That alone is a strong contribution. I know he borrows or steals ideas from the last psychiatrist (who doesn't?! how couldn't they!!) but still, the application is what counts here, and to be honest, if he has a college degree in the subject and is able to come up with new insights, that alone is worthy of rank; few people can stand to think that way.
I used to be hardcore into the psychology of psychopaths, read pretty much every book written by any good specialist in the field (Robert Hare, Hervey Cleckley, far too many scientific studies, etc.), while it was fascinating and wholly engrossing, I'll be damned if I wasn't seeing psychopathic people and borderline behavior at least once a month, and that scared the shit out of me. Psychopaths are about as undomesticated as people can be, literally nothing separates them from animals, and it gave me great fear to know that one or two exist within my social circles. Have they done anything? I don't know, and I don't care to either. That kind of shit is life-limiting behavior.
Reading masses of analytical and psychological literature of that depth (or even applying it, game is psychology, no?) can change a person, you see the world differently, and you can't understand that you must sacrifice your blissful lack of awareness (of which practically causes feelings of safety and happiness, or a shallow sense of unease depending on your situation) in exchange for a lifelong low level of anxiety until you care to try.
You can't even know that you and most people have an irrational feeling of trust for the common man, that trust which must be forsaken, until you see the world through the lens of some kind of analytical psychologist. It's upsetting and it can induce a great deal of doubt and paranoia. Other people will dismiss your fears as being the neurotic ramblings of some barely sane man, but it's then that you realize that the most fearsome of people can move undetected, often for years. Sure, it might be irrational to fear that 1% of people who are utterly unhinged - but those people leave a huge mark and cut a wide swath, you don't want to be in the way of the reaper when they care to strike.
Seriously, read up on some modern serial killers if you think I'm full of shit, so many family members and acquaintances of these maniacs would say "Oh, he was just the best son a mother ever could have, I simply refuse to believe that he wasn't framed by some sick pervert" or "Great coworker, always up for a cold beer after work and had great attention to detail, can't believe he was a cannibal and necrophile and dissolved all those bodies in acid". I even knew a few psych majors who were just neurotic bastards - utterly convinced that they themselves were psychopaths because they "fit the criteria" - morons, the lot of them.
